Additionally, Brandy and her team were kind and engaging with my whole family and our guests, generously brought votive candles and a portable karaoke machine microphones, checked in and regularly offered support, and deftly handled setup and coordination of vendors across three locations on our wedding day. We got the Wedding Day Management Service (2-month countdown) package and it was the perfect amount of support. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our special day perfect. We worked directly with Chiell, Makayla, and Dalavy. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about our vision and helped bring it to life. We personally did not use the provided Aisle Planner account to its fullest capability (Google Sheets ftw!), however it would have been a great tool since it has everything you need to keep organized, and more. The planning process was seamless, thanks to the team’s attention to detail and creative ideas. Every element, from the little decor decisions to the coordination of the event, was executed with precision and care. On the day of the wedding, the team was on top of everything, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about any of the logistics. We owe it to Love and Life Events for making our “backyard” wedding a DREAM! Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Literally the second after I got engaged, my mom sent me Andi's contact information, which she received from a mutual friend that had high praise praise for Musa Weddings. In a few days, Andi and I had set up a call and were signing a contract to work together. Whereas, the other planners that I contacted never got back to me. From our first conversation on, Andi and her team were a pleasure and joy to work with. They answered every little question we had, always checked in to ask how we were doing when we sounded stressed, was quick to respond, and was extremely organized. I quickly realized that I would've be lost without her. Her team recommended every vendor, created every timeline, kept up on track in our budget, and so much more. It was such a weight off of our shoulders to know that every vendor her team recommended, were people that she worked with consistently, so we knew they were trustworthy and would provide quality services. During the planning process, we had some requests that were really important to us and she made it all come together so seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, she moved everything along, checked in with vendors, kept the group organized, and made sure everything was running smoothly. She even took some BTS photos and videos to share with us that was amazing to see the next day. Her team was there with me the entire day, while Andi organized the vendors and event space, to support me. I feel like normally you hear people talk about at least one thing going wrong, but I never felt that way. The day after our wedding, I woke up being unable to think of a single thing that went wrong. Our day was truly magical and it was all thanks to Musa. Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. They planned every aspect from travel to vendors to our unique venues - like the stunning rooftop rehearsal dinner, fun neighborhood Brooklyn brunch, boat party reception and VIP club afterparty. The accommodation, train and air travel were also seamlessly arranged. We especially loved the kid entertainment! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. I am still so speechless on how perfect everything went during our wedding because of Weddings by Leigh. I truly wish I could give them more than just 5 stars! My husband and I were living in San Francisco at the time when I first saw their Instagram as I was searching for a Wedding Planner in Las Vegas. We were about a year and a half before our wedding date and I knew I needed all the help since my husband and I were going to be newly living in Las Vegas once our wedding occurred. Paige walked us through every step of the way and answered all of our questions through the whole entire year and a half. We chose their full on wedding package and honestly it was exactly everything we needed in a wedding planner since I am a perfectionist, my husband has his own OCD, and we both live very busy lives working in the medical field. There would be many nights where my husband and I would have a hundred questions and Paige would always be there to save the day. The love and hard work Paige put into our wedding was shown through the entire process where she would contact us to even make sure we were doing well and if we needed to do a phone, video or in person meeting. My husband and I had so many ideas for this wedding and had no idea on how to bring it together, but Paige truly exceeded our expectations. It has almost been a couple months since our wedding and everyone is still telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Our guests are still expressing how amazing The Weddings by Leigh Team did to plan and to execute our wedding day. We would recommend them to everyone!! Even, my brother and his fiancee are planning their wedding in the fall of 2025 and they are so excited to use Weddings by Leigh to help them plan. My brother and his fiancee were in awe of how amazing Paige and the team handled everything during mine and my husband’s wedding. If there is one decision you must make for your wedding, you must hire Sholeh as your wedding planner or coordinator. Sholeh is everything that every good planner should be. She is organized, thoughtful, flexible, down-to-earth, detail oriented, solution oriented, and extremely kind. She was recommended to us by our wedding venue and to say we were not disappointed would be the understatement of the century. Initially, we hired Sholeh for half-day coordination services, and planned to have the in-house reception planner handle the remainder of the day. But when the venue coordinator fell through, we immediately called Sholeh in a panic and she said, "Don't worry, consider me your full-day coordinator now." She hardly even charged us a substantial upcharge for planning the entire day. On the day of the wedding, she truly felt like family. She arrived on-time, with her wagon full of supplies, ready and eager to help. She made sure everyone was fed, went out of her way to spend quality time with the mother of the bride and bride's sister, and executed every detail to perfection. She even sewed one of the groom's cousins back into her dress at the reception. Sholeh is a dream come true. We could truly write pages about how wonderful she truly is. Believe us when we say that you must must must hire Sholeh!

I legitimately do not even know where to begin, other than HIRE TARA IMMEDIATELY! I am probably one of the most Type A people, you will ever meet. So relinquishing control day of was extremely hard for me. However, I knew that if I actually wanted to enjoy the day, unlike many of the weddings I have been in previously, I needed a day of coordinator. I interviewed several and Tara was the ONLY one that made me feel good. She was thorough, on top of things, and, quite frankly, equally as Type A. I can honestly say we were ALWAYS on the same page. I swear every email between us started with "I was just about to ask you...". I never would have been able to relax on my day, had it not been for Tara. She took my vision and brought it to life, despite the venue not being prepared, and giving some push back. She was able to pivot flawlessly whenever there was a hurdle, and she truly delivered the dreamiest wedding for us! Never once did stress get passed down to us as the Bride and Groom. She was reassuring, confident and helpful. Honestly, the day was better than I ever could have imagined, given some of the issues we had with the venue. She was a total and complete life saver, running between the two hotels my now Husband and I were at, when we forgot things. She even brought things to our hotel rooms for us, when we had forgotten them. I got home thinking I had lost my personalized hanger, and low and behold found it neatly packed away in one of my boxes, courtesy of Tara. She controlled all of the controllables and more, and I have not heard a single negative things about the day. In fact, I have had guests ask for her number, because she was so incredible and on top of everything. The best advice I can give to any couple in need of any wedding planning/coordination services is RUN DO NOT WALK TO ELARDO EVENTS. She is quite possibly, the best!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. The Cherry Bird team was just such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process, and on the day of, were so on top of things! By the time I would realize I wanted or needed something, I saw that Ash and Mukul had already taken care of it! Having them oversee this event was such a blessing. The process was seamless, well thought out, and both Ash and Mukul have such a calming presence that we would also start to calm down. From our first conversation, Crystal gave us so much confidence that she would make our wedding easy and fun, and that is exactly what happened on our wedding day. Before the wedding, Crystal helped us think through details we would have never thought to include/coordinate in advance. She also reached out to all of our vendors on our behalf to ensure that they had schedules for the day, all of the information that they needed, and really took all of the logistical coordination off of our plates. Many of our vendors commented on how great it was to work with Crystal, and how we had found an awesome coordinator. On the actual day, our room was set up beautifully, and Crystal managed our timeline perfectly. I am so grateful that she was there with us throughout the day.
