Hiring Luna Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20 kids at our reception, and the Luna Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna Co to anyone and everyone!

Bellazevents LLC and the owner Veneisha, was an outstanding decorator, florist, day of Cordinator, and caterer that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. She even packed away all of our supplies for easy pick up following the wedding night. Veneisha and the entire Bellazevents team were truly the best part of our wedding planning experience. In a heartbeat, I would use their services again. They did so much to make our day perfect, from their beautiful handmade floral arrangements to vendor recommendations and guest gift tips. When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Monarch Creative Events exceeded my expectations beyond belief! I am quite the control freak, but Alexa was so respectful of my ideas and tweaked everything to perfection. Any time I needed her opinion or advice on a matter, she was right there by my side (through email, text, or a phone call) with exactly what I needed. As you can see by the title of this review, my husband and I were not her typical bride and groom. We did not want a ceremony and we wanted something pretty casual with bits of tradition, but also something different than what most weddings are like. Alexa worked with us every step of the way, even went I went rogue on the décor instructions, and never had one complaint. And this is all only PRE-event! The day of was, no joke, more than I could have possibly imagined. Alexa made my vision become a reality, when I wasn't sure it could be possible. To give you a visual, we had our celebration at a forest preserve with food trucks, a mobile bar, an ice cream cart, caricature artists, flower crowns and tattoos, and TWO DOG RESCUES WITH PUPPIES! The amount of compliments received on our celebration was insane!!! If there were any issues the day of, I never heard about them or dealt with anything. Everything went PERFECTLY! I owe it all to Alexa and Monarch Creative Events for making my dreams come true! I can't wait for my pictures to come back so I can re-live the day and share with as many people as possible!!! My husband and I got married in the Crossroads in April and had the most beautiful day thanks to Sofi! Without her we would not have had the day that we envisioned! Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly. Originally we had hired Allison for our stationery. As soon as I found out she was a wedding planner I couldn't wait to hire her to help plan our special day! I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.
