Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. Gideon Owen Wine Company is a historic winery, restaurant and event venue. The original stone structure was built by the Catwaba Island Wine Company in 1872, as a wine cooperative for local vineyard owners. The property was later sold and was known for producing American-made champagne. The historic European-inspired cellar vaults offer a unique experience for guests. Gideon Owen's venues are the perfect mix of historic charm with modern twist offer a beautiful backdrop for all events.

A site rich in Detroit’s automotive history. Established in 1927 by The Packard Motor Car Company, this unique site hosts multiple Albert Kahn designed buildings, located on 17 acres. Our specialty is our rehearsal/ wedding ceremony value package. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. Brides love staying at the farmhouse with their bridesmaids to prepare together for the wedding day. We are located on 10.5 acres with woods, barns, a pond, and rustic accents so there are many great photo opportunities!

Here is where you can have your event for any occasion including but not limited to: Weddings, Receptions, Birthdays Seminars, Conferences, etc. We are here to serve you, assisting with taking some of the burden off of your hands when planning your event. Come to 1766 Fort for everything you desire for your event needs at an affordable cost.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
