Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

It depends on the event you are booking. Weddings receive all day access to the Ballroom from 9am to 1am.
Cancellations occurring six (6) months prior to the event date will be billed for fifty percent (50%) of the contract minimum. Cancellations occurring less than three (3) months prior to event date will be billed one hundred percent (100%) of the contract minimum. Cancellations occurring ten (10) Business days or less prior to the event will be subject to all charges for the arranged event.
From Detroit Metropolitan Airport head West toward Ann Arbor. Exit on the Zeeb Road Exit 169. Head South, one mile, and turn Left on The Polo Fields Drive. Follow this road through the subdivision and the Polo Fields Golf and Country Club will be on the left. Feel free to park anywhere on our lot. Parking is free.
