Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff. We also offer golf cart accommodations for those who need assistance getting to our ceremony site.

Q: How many hours are included in our booking?

Your reservation includes six hours with the addition of the ceremony time. Couples are allowed 2 hour prior to ceremony to decorate; as well as 1 hour following the reception to gather decorations and belongings. Earlier access can be granted at an additional rate.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be in writing and be delivered to the management of Beacon Hill. Lessee will be charged a percentage of the total contract price; due at the time of cancellation. Deposits are forfeited if the room is not rebooked with another reception for the same time and date. Deposits are refunded less a 20% bookkeeping fee, if the room is rebooked with another reception.
