We had the most magical day of our lives getting married at the Hampshire House in early May this year. Right from the get go, Hampshire House checked all our boxes when it came to what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It has that old New England charm, is located right next to the beautiful Public Gardens and is the perfect size for an intimate, small to medium sized wedding (we had 60-70 guests in attendance). Most of all, the food here is beyond exceptional and some of the best we’ve had. We are major foodies, and having food that was well-plated, generously portioned, and above all delicious and memorable was a high priority item for us. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Sydney Turnbull and the Hampshire house team. Sydney is the most kind, professional, and detail-oriented catering sales manager and event coordinator and thanks to her, all our venue planning with Hampshire House was truly smooth sailing and stress-free. Sydney constantly kept us in the loop with next steps in our planning timeline, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for our wedding (such as floral placements during our ceremony, order and timing of toasts/speeches, seating arrangements, the list goes on!) She kept in contact with all our vendors, always promptly responded to our many emails, walked us through all the steps during our ceremony rehearsal —somehow making it seem much less daunting, and on our big day Sydney seemed to always be one step ahead, preparing and leading us through every portion of our wedding timeline in such a seamless way. Lastly, since our wedding ended late into the evening, Hampshire House thoughtfully held on to and organized all our florals, and various wedding signage and other items so that we were able to return and pick it up at the venue on a following day. This made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all night of and could end our wedding day with the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. Truly, we cannot recommend Sydney and the Hampshire House enough and if we were to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer. We offer overnight lodging in our Hill House and Log Cabin as an additional package, and we include adjacent summer cottage rooms for your bridal prep. My husband and I always wanted a Boston wedding, with all events able to happen at one location. When we found the second oldest ballroom in Boston and within budget we were floored! To top it off, the way allow access to the ballroom, cocktail hour and ceremony rooms starting at 7am, which was amazing for all our vendors who were able to drop off all items. The hotel staff assisted with moving decor, setting up favors, and security made sure everyone had elevator access to the different spaces. The day went so smoothly. We’ll planning we communicated with the hotel planner who assisted with table setup, bar placement etc. just a quick walk to the public gardens we did our first look, had amazing ballroom photos, it was just a stunning day and they had everything we needed!

My husband and I got married at the Hilton in Woburn on 6/8/24. Anyone that knows me, knows I stress about everything like there is no tomorrow. The Hilton put all my worries at ease. I did have a few different wedding coordinators throughout the process but they all were very helpful and communicated well with one another when switching to a different coordinator. Ruth and Kari- the best of the best! Responded quickly if I had any questions or concerns. We had our ceremony and reception at the Hilton. Kari and Alli (director of banquets)- words cannot even express how grateful I felt having both of them help with the ceremony entrances as we had an odd amount of people in the wedding party. Kari and Alli were both there the day of our wedding and made sure everything was set up the way I envisioned it. Ruth, Kari, and Alli, thank you all so much for making my wedding day the best, most memorable day, of my life!

I could not have dreamed of a better venue for our wedding than the Langham Hotel. Fabrina Guzman is so kind, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. She is amazing at what she does and helped us plan to the very last detail. She constantly made herself available, checked in on planning progress, and ensured all our questions were answered. In the weeks leading up to our wedding date, she coordinated well with my other vendors and really help to alleviate stress by taking a lot off my plate. There was a chance of rain on our wedding day and the night before, she even organized getting us an umbrella that would look nice in photos and had it ready for us in our room. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is unmatched! The service at our reception was truly 5 star quality. My husband and I were so impressed with the food and beverage service that we are still talking about it weeks later! Many of our guests shared this with us as well. To top it off, the room where we stayed was beautiful and the staff even left a few surprises in our room which really made us feel special. We are so thrilled that we chose the Langham Hotel for our wedding and we can’t wait for many more stays with this exceptional group!

We knew we didn't want a big traditional (expensive) wedding, and scoured the city for spots that could bring our vision to life. There weren't many options, but Bostonia ended up being the perfect fit. They helped us bring our cocktail style wedding reception to life and were there every step of the way, going above and beyond in the setup so that we didn't need any event planner to help. Rob was awesome and responsive, and helped us select the perfect menu, never upselling or trying to get us to do more. I can't reccomend Bostonia Public House enough!

The most unique feature of Mamma Maria is its residential and historical character. Foos is delicious, service is top notch and beautiful atmosphere!! For small wedding The patio is my favorite room, plenty of natural light abut they also have a large main room upstairs as well. Also every single cocktail from the bar is excellent!!

We had our wedding at Venezia on 6/29/24 and it was absolutely perfect. Jennifer was our coordinator that we worked with throughout the entire process. She was so helpful and organized during the entire planning phase and truly listened to each one of our requests to make them a reality. The food was phenomenal, we have had so many guests reach out to say how delicious everything was, from the massive cheese display to the portion sizes of the dinners and the dessert table was HUGE. There was plenty of food and plenty of staff to assist all 250 of our guests. As the bride and groom, one staff member, Rob was nearby us all night for any single thing we needed and to ensure we were having a great time. He was so helpful! The timeline of the entire day went off without a hitch, once again thanks to Jen for understanding how we wanted everything to flow and to the entire staff for executing. There were no delays in getting food to tables and the entire ceremony and reception flowed smoothly. The newly renovated second floor space is STUNNING. We had our ceremony up here and it was beautiful. The venue has ocean views on both levels and a beautiful deck that guests were able to use during our reception. I can not recommend Venezia enough for a wedding or any other event - they are truly professionals and experts at what they do. Our day was perfect and we are so happy this was our venue.

Our wedding reception at the Best Western Adams Inn in Quincy on July 27th, 2024, was perfect! The Event Manager, Denise, was flexible and accommodating, making planning a breeze. We did a dinner tasting, received special guest room rates, and stayed in the lovely Bridal Suite for both getting ready and our wedding night. Denise also shared great vendor recommendations; their wedding package even included our cake. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was accommodating, and everything was perfectly organized. I highly recommend the Best Western Adams Inn for anyone looking for a fantastic wedding venue!

We loved having our wedding reception at the Tirrell Room! The indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly organized, professional, and attentive! Our guests had an amazing experience and loved having access to both the dance floor inside and cocktail and patio space outside (we got married on a beautiful night in July). While the space and food are reason enough to choose the Tirrell Room, working with Amy leading up to and on the day of our wedding really made the day amazing! Amy helped us to plan and select details, and gave suggestions and lots of encouragement. With her help we were able to plan a wedding for 200 people in 7 months! She is a kind and wonderful person to work with and helped our wedding day run smoothly. I can’t imagine what the wedding planning process and day of facilitation would have been like without her guiding us! My husband and I wanted a smaller wedding, as an avid guest at Woodshill it was my first choice as our reception location. If you have ever been for dinner you know how amazing the food is, but if you have not take my word that the food is unmatched in its presentation, quality, and taste. The food is farm to table from their personal farm or locally sourced. Every person at my wedding raved about the food, I kept hearing “this is the best food I have ever had at a wedding”. This of course was no surprised to me but I was so happy to share the food experience with my guest. The food is served family style but don’t be fooled by the term as the presentation was so pretty it was far from just a plate of food. There was plenty of food to go around from the passed apps to the three courses we chose. My table was not even able to finish what was served! The venue itself is gorgeous. The views of the ocean is breathtaking both during the day and at night. The aesthetic inside is so beautiful all I added was some centerpieces on each table. A little goes a long way here! It also makes it so much less stressful when all you have to add is a few flowers, the restaurants beauty does the rest! I worked with Emily to curate a menu of food and drinks as well as plan out all the details of the night. She was so thoughtful and kind and had great communication skills. She was quick to respond via email or phone and is super knowledgeable. She had great recommendations and was easily able to guide me to making the perfect night! The staff was super attentive and professional all night making the most delicious cocktails, serving, resetting and transitioning from each course seamlessly. I can’t recommend Woodshill enough, it made the perfect place to gather our family and celebrate our wedding.

The venue was amazing! I really wanted a nautical wedding but didn’t want the price tag of a Newport venue. Harbor lights was perfect the setting. Location, food, and coordination was superior, Tie and Bree were amazing leading up to the wedding and the day of, We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 100% recommend, everybody couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was, how good the food was, and how perfect everything went.

I was a floral designer providing centerpieces for a baby shower held there last fall (2023), in the Phillips Room. My experience as a vendor there was great. The venue was immaculate and modern inside, with the classic New England charm and vibe. The staff could not have been more helpful. They helped me with load-in, and the setup people were friendly and efficient. The coordinator Linda was also friendly, professional and on top of all the many details for the event (food, drinks, balloons, florals, favors, etc.). The room was light and airy, with lots of windows and light. The neutral background would work for almost any color palette. It is a beautiful venue in a classic New England setting, and I highly recommend it!
