We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Fairfield Community Arts Center, adjacent to beautiful Village Green Park, can make your special day unforgettable. From the sweeping Deco-inspired design of the lobby to the soaring glass walls of the Art Gallery, to the warmth and hospitality of the banquet room, your guests will enjoy our award-winning and distinctive venue. Amenities in the Community Room include built-in service areas, an oak dance floor, a charming bay window, three vaulted ceilings, and private access to the balcony overlooking picturesque Village Green Park.

The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. The Galleria Event and Conference Center offers a unique location for weddings, social events, or corporate events for as many as 225 guests. The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. The Westside Venue was established in March 2016. We began as a live music venue but after numerous requests to host weddings, we shifted to private events. We have the perfect set up for your small wedding and reception. Ideal for events up to 65-100 guests. Ask us about our Game Room!

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
