Brian and Alexa met in 2016 when he was pursuing his dream operating a café in North Park. This venture was called Grinds & Vine Coffee Bar, where the community was the most important factor of his establishment. One day Alexa came in as a guest to study and have some coffee. I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers.
