Criscito Pizza is a wood fired pizza company specializing in weddings and corporate events. Our wood fired pizza is baked on site at 800 degrees. We ferment our organic dough through a long and slow process. We source only the best ingredients to produce an unforgettable pizza for you and your guests. Our friendly, professional catering staff has experience working throughout San Diego County on all sorts of events. Whether you are hosting a birthday party in Carlsbad, a wedding party in Del Mar, a private corporate luncheon in San Diego or a backyard blow out in Oceanside, we bring our mobile pizza catering services to you.

    Criscito Pizza was an awesome choice! We loved that they provided multiple choices (I think 10?) through dinner service plus a salad. Additionally, they accommodated our guests with dietary restrictions; from Celiac to diary-free! The pizza was delicious and my only regret was that I wasn't able to enjoy more! Highly recommend.

    I was so excited to have had Criscito and their team cater our wedding. We had so many guests rave about how it was the best dinner they had ever had at a wedding and the best pizza they had ever had as well. They provided passed appetizers along with a huge selection of fresh and flavorful pizza for our guests and were prompt in keeping those selections and the buffet line moving quickly. Phil was good with communication leading up to the day and I had no worries with how the day was run. I cannot wait to go to their new brick and mortar location in San Diego.

    I’ve been to Italy many times and the pizza there is one of our favorites - I absolutely love it - so much so that we could eat it every day. My husband is half Italian so when we heard about Criscito Pizza and their wood fire oven with 10 different styles of authentic italian pizza, we were sold. We didn’t expect it to be that good, but Criscito’s exceeded our expectations and the food was all that the guests could talk about. Best pizza ever and I highly recommend Criscito’s Pizza for any event or just to enjoy some truly phenomenal pizza.
