Del’s Hideout is your family-friendly neighborhood BBQ spot serving up authentic Texas-style BBQ in the heart of Del Cerro. Executive Chef Tim Eylens executes his signature “low and slow” technique on barbeque classics including prime brisket, pork topped burgers, baby back ribs and his popular smoked meat combos.
We offer customized BBQ catering for any style of event. Whether you desire drop-off catering, minimal buffet attendants, or full-service, we would love to assist! We provide all necessary chafers, serving utensils, and buffet tables if needed. For your menu, you can choose between classic BBQ fare or a more elevated meal with hors d’oeuvres, prime meat selections, delectable sides and desserts. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options for your Guests as well. Beverage service available upon request. Let us know if we can help create the perfect menu for your day!

Medical Professional
Del's Hideout was the perfect choice to cater our Medical Professional event! The food was absolutely amazing, but what was also so impressive was their service!!! We were able to enjoy the event with our clients instead of having to worry about set up, clean up, or serving. So impressed all the way around, we will be using them for our next event!
Delicious!
From the moment we first reached out to Del's Hideout, their communication was fantastic. They were able to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner, which helped put our minds at ease during the wedding planning process. On the day of the event, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up to perfection, even staying late to address a minor issue with the transportation. The food they provided was absolutely delicious, and all of our guests could not stop raving about it. We will definitely be returning customers, and Del's Hideout has gained some new loyal fans thanks to their incredible service and attention to detail. I am so grateful for their team and the way they supported me during a small moment of stress on our wedding day. They truly made our special day even more perfect!

We had Del's Hideout cater our wedding and they provided us with an amazing experience. Everything was delicious and the service was top notch. They worked with us on the menu to acommodate some special requests. Despite being a BBQ restaurant that focuses on meat (which was amazing), our vegan guests also raved about their food, and said it was the best vegan food they ever had at a wedding. The team took care of all of our guests and we received nothing but good feedback from everyone.

Del’s Hide out was amazing! From booking the event too finalizing everything up, they made it easy!! Erin who helping with getting everything squared away (how much food, to how much help we would need), she emailed back fast! Day of wedding was awesome! They set up fast and quietly; and were super professional and friendly! They made our day! Plus all of our guest couldn’t believe this was cali BBQ! 10 out 10 would hire them again!
