The Wild Thyme Company was founded in 2005 as a culmination of our Chief Foodie, Dawn Carvajal's, extensive culinary experience and desire to highlight the bold, intriguing, and undoubtedly delicious flavors of global cuisine. TWTC celebrates the art of flavors and beautiful ingredients coming together, and how food can create a sense of community. Most of our offerings are custom by client request. Founded on Mediterranean and Coastal California fares, our menus offer a farm-to-table feel, capturing the essence of fresh food and local provisions.

We handcraft our food with both a classic, yet trendsetting approach while maintaining the highest standards of local, seasonal quality. To cater to each and every client, we take pride in a heightened awareness of allergies and aversions to food and understand the need for creativity within these boundaries. We pride ourselves on creating one-of-a-kind experiences for all our clients while maintaining our commitment to sustainability--making ethical choices and utilizing sustainable products and practices through our trusted partnerships with local suppliers.
