The Beverly Mansion is a gorgeous venue with an accommodating staff that helped make our wedding day special. Their primary communication method is email, which allows them to respond clearly and concisely to questions. For the quality and beautiful historic spaces that The Beverly offers, they are very reasonably priced, especially for the Columbus area. Guests were even taking photos of the venue to get ideas for their own future events! On our wedding day, The Beverly's team helped set up all of the tables, chairs, linens and dishware. Even when I made last-minute changes the day-of, they were extremely flexible and helpful. Our wedding was beautiful thanks in large part to The Beverly Mansion. I cannot recommend them highly enough for weddings or other events.

From the moment we met Skyler and John at THE WENBECK Wedding & Events Center, we knew this was the perfect venue for our 190-person wedding. Their communication was timely, knowledgeable, easy, and very organized - it truly felt like talking to our best friends. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as we were able to have a huge dance floor while still enjoying the spacious balcony that gave us the option to be inside and outside during the wedding. The Putt-Putt course is unmatched! Skyler and John cared so deeply not only about our event, but about us as a person, which was incredibly different than other venues we toured. Skyler was incredibly organized, anticipating details I didn't even know I had to think about, and always had the perfect solution. From the final walkthrough to the rehearsal, Skyler brought such a calming presence to an otherwise hectic time, and I don't know how I could ever thank her enough. I truly can't say enough good things about THE WENBECK and Skyler and John - if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a single thing.

Words cannot describe this magical venue- you have to see it to believe it! It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. I included multiple photos (credit to Travis Lontoc) to help give an idea of the space and how we used it.

We had our wedding on the 4th of May 2024. Barb was absolutely fantastic. She was accommodating and communicative. The venue is perfect, being that no one has to travel from place to place for a ceremony and reception. We had everything right there and the courthouse being down the road made for amazing pictures! The atmosphere is elegant and timeless, with a bit of history(used to be an old post office). If you’re doing an Ohio wedding near Newark OH and you don’t check this venue out, it’s a huge mistake! I can only give 5 stars but if I could, I’d give 100!

Buss Farms is a working cattle farm situated on 50 acres just outside of Columbus, OH. This place has a beautiful rustic feel, bar games, and just all around great atmosphere. We didn't even decorate anything! They had plenty of tables with nice black covers to make them more upscale. The murals bring so much life into the room. I had so many compliments on the space! Josh was very easy to work with throughout the planning process! The drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I would choose this place all over again in a heartbeat.

The Golf Club at Little Turtle was the first venue that we looked at. I knew after we saw it that we really didn’t need to look at other venues. It was the one. The whole place is beautiful from the entry to the ball room and outside space down to the locker room/dressing areas where we got ready. We worked with Tyger through every detail and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She made everything so easy. The day of was literally stress free for us!! She kept everything rolling and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Dinner was amazing. We had mahi-mahi, chicken marsala, and braised short ribs with macaroni and cheese and red potatoes. EVERYONE still talks about how good the food was. The whole experience was better than I could have imagined! We are so happy that we picked The Golf Club at Little Turtle for our wedding. We highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the food and friendly wait staff at the event. The food was excellent and the management worked with us to create our own decor for the space as well. The Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was quick, informative, and always helpful, which made the planning process seamless. The quality of their work and value was outstanding - the venue was beautiful and clean, and they were able to flip a room quickly and you couldn’t even tell we were in the same room for the reception! The venue really transformed! We were running behind schedule and they were quick to give us extra time so we didn’t have to rush our schedule. Also there is a small lake behind the venue which is stunning, you will not need to leave the venue for family photos after the wedding! They had plenty of staging rooms and an unexpected but appreciated compliment I got from our guest was how good our cocktail hour was, we had indoor and outdoor areas to relax and mingle! My one criticism is, we did find that they could improve the transparency around the financial aspects of the process, as we felt they were not the best stewards of our wedding budget. Despite this concern, I’d still choose them again, they barely hesitated to fix or clear up any concerns we had along the way and I’m sure they will continue to improve in this area. Overall, we were thrilled with our experience at the Renaissance and would recommend them to any couple looking for a stunning wedding venue with excellent service.
