The elegant South Hall Ballroom was also built in 1935, and was the original library for the City of Coral Gables. There is a maximum capacity of 200 guests for a sit down dinner and 170 guests for a buffet style meal. Amenities include all wood floors, kitchen and bar area. Antique looking exquisite decor with rustic chandeliers, high ceiling, limestone walls and two fireplaces which add a renaissance touch to this unique and comfortable setting.
