With tropical outdoor spaces, like gardens and a gazebo, couples and guests can relax and enjoy nature in serenity. The Palms Hotel & Spa is the perfect destination wedding paradise for any couple who dreams of beachfront nuptials. The Palms Hotel & Spa offers 11 spaces, spanning outdoor to indoor, to choose from for the ceremony and reception. The Garden Gazebo and The Beach are outdoor ceremony location options, and the Trellis, Veranda Terrace, Grand Tiki, The South Lawn, Essensia Lounge Terrace, Essensia Restaurant Poolside Terrace, and Chef’s Garden Terrace are the outdoor reception location options. The Royal Palm Ballroom and the Queen Palm Ballroom are indoor and serve as excellent reception locations. These spaces allow for anywhere between 40 and 200 guests. No matter how small or large couples want their wedding to be, The Palms Hotel & Spa has a space that would be perfect.

The Grand Tiki is located towards the back of our resort and overlooks our South Lawn. With ample covered and uncovered space, it’s the perfect outdoor venue for garden breakfasts or brunches, cocktail parties, and elegant dinner functions.

Overlooking the gardens, this expansive covered terrace was designed for elegant dinner parties, cocktail receptions, and al fresco brunch. The Veranda Terrace offers direct access from the Queen Palm room and can host up to 180 of your closest friends and family for a reception or 120 seated for a meal.

    We got married here on May 3, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was a DREAM! The venue itself is STUNNING and doesn't require you to spend much time or money on decorating. The beautiful tropical plants and flowers that are already at the venue truly speak for themselves! As a result of this, we didn't need to spend much money on flowers or decor for the reception. Our ceremony was on the beach, which, again, was stunning! Our cocktail hour was at the gazebo area, which has a beautiful, flower covered gazebo that is perfect for photos. Our seated dinner and dancing was at the Grand Tiki Hut, which once again, had a beautiful, tropical ambiance. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we could not have been happier with how it turned out. It truly was a dream. The on-site wedding coordinator, Vanessa Ortiz, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was there for us every step of the way and on our actual wedding day, helped us with unexpected things (like helping my fiance unbutton the 30 buttons on my dress so I could do an outfit change for the dancing, haha). She is warm, kind and amazing at her job. Vanessa took great care with all of the decor we brought and set up everything to our exact instructions. We also worked with her colleague, Barbara, for our wedding tasting. She was equally as kind and wonderful! Speaking of the tasting, The Palms has a restaurant on-site called Essensia, which was the caterer for all of the food (aside from the cake). Let me tell you, my husband and I are foodies and we both agreed that the food was absolutely delicious! I cannot rave about this venue enough! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we were able to have our dream wedding! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here! :)

    We got married on April 27, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was an absolute dream come true, thanks in large part to the incredible team and beautiful space you provided. From the moment we began planning, Vanessa was there every step of the way, offering her expertise and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Her dedication to making our day perfect was truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for her outstanding customer service. The venue itself is simply stunning. The moment our guests walked through the doors, they were greeted with an atmosphere of elegance and charm. The natural beauty of the space meant that we didn't have to do much in terms of decorations – just a few floral arrangements were all that was needed to enhance the already enchanting ambiance. This allowed us to focus on other aspects of our wedding planning, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Additionally, we had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The accommodations were great, the staff was attentive and accommodating, and the overall experience was one of pure indulgence. Overall, our experience at The Palms exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking space to the exceptional service, everything was absolutely perfect. We cannot thank Vanessa and her team enough for helping to make our wedding day the magical celebration that it was.
