    I hosted my wedding here at the venue and the entire experience was disappointing. The catering team who handle events/planning never responds to phone calls or emails. My planner had to reach out to their manager several times. The rooms were dated, the food was nasty, and the check in process was the worst. No one communicates there, if you don’t double check everything it won’t get done or you’ll be overcharged. Lastly, the food at my reception was disgusting. We did a tasting prior to our wedding and the food presented was great. I’m not sure if the chef is no longer there but I stressed to the venue how important it was to us that the food was Haitian style. We got exactly what we requested at the tasting but the day of the wedding the food was comparable to nursing home meals. If I could do my special day all over again I would not have chosen this venue. The 31k spent does not match the service we received. Do not book your wedding here, worst money spent! I would give it zero stars if it were an option.
