“I looked forward to every Tuesday night when my friends and I would gather at Brother Jimmy’s Murray Hill to watch The Barnstorm and dance until we couldn’t feel our feet. I knew in 2017 that one day I would get married and I wanted to recreate this wonderful feeling that I would get every Tuesday night. WELL, joke’s on me because I got that feeling and more. I do not even have words for the atmosphere that The Barnstorm created on our wedding day. Leading up to that day, Brooks was INCREDIBLY attentive to the hundreds of questions that I bombarded him with on a daily basis. He walked me through pricing, how the first dances would go, what kind of music gets played during dinner – every question came with an immediate follow up and a “how are you doing?” – completely above and beyond what a typical wedding band would provide. And that was before our wedding day even happened! The day of was indescribable. The atmosphere provided by The Barnstorm was absolutely electric and had every single person on the dance floor from 8 pm to 1130 pm. I genuinely feel like our wedding was one of the best concerts I have ever been to. The band is absolutely magnetic. There was a thorough planning document provided which helped us break down the music we wanted to hear into sections of the day.
