My husband and I had our Asian-Indian fusion wedding at the Le Meridien/Sheraton Charlotte Hotel and I couldn't have chosen a better spot to host my 500 guests. It was a 2 day event starting off with our Sangeet in the Carolina Ballroom for 250 guests and moved into 2 ceremonies in the same ballroom the following day and then cocktail hour and reception in the Symphony Foyer and Ballroom for 500 guests. From the very beginning the planning was smooth and everything was communicated freely with Alison, the Director of Catering. On the weekend of, the banquet staff was impeccable and were fully focused on making our event go on without a hitch. I would 10/10 recommend having your wedding there because of the size the hotel can accommodate and the service that is provided.

My husband and I held our wedding reception at the beautiful Hilton Charlotte University Place. The venue features a gorgeous outdoor space with string lights that created a magical atmosphere for our special night. The staff were fantastic - very attentive to details and excellent customer service. Communication with the event coordinator was clear, concise, and prompt during the planning process. The indoor decor was simple yet elegant, allowing our personal touches to shine. We felt the prices were competitive for the Charlotte area. Our guests raved about the food all night long! From start to finish, the Hilton staff ensured everything went smoothly so my husband and I could simply relax and enjoy our reception. We danced the night away under the stars - it was an absolutely magical day! I would highly recommend the Hilton University Place for any couple's special occasion.

First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The taste testing was fun too, they have a ton of options! Also, Allison is the best coordinator EVER. You will love working with her, and every vendor I hired that had worked with her before told me the same thing! She is so personable and really gets to know you, and she will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. She is fantastic with communication; her responsiveness and helpfulness alone reduced my wedding planning stress. I also loved the preferred vendor list Allison provided; it made it a lot easier to narrow down our vendor choices! Allison and Debbie (from Flyin’ Lions) made our wedding and all the months leading up to it so special and wonderful; we cannot recommend them enough!

Not only am I a regular at the Rooftop Restaurant, I also recently booked my Wedding Reception Dinner here and fell in love with Hestia all over again! The staff made my guests and I feel like we were VIP the entire evening. We were able to have a sunset dinner on the rooftop and everyone was in awe! They customized a menu for us and the set up was something out of a magazine. We worked with their on-sight Event Coordinator who handled everything from start to finish and worked great with our budget. 10 out of 10. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Firethorne Country Club is a wonderful venue for your wedding or event, due to it's fantastic food, helpful staff and great location. The ceremony area is nicely tucked in (on a golf course, but feels like you are away from the course a bit, no matter what time of year) and well maintained. Great spots for pictures like the stairs outside. The reception area has a beautiful stone fireplace, cozy bar area, and nice deck/patio for cocktail hour. The staff here will go out of their way to make everything just as you envision it.

Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

Our family had the joy of experiencing the Grande Victorian venue for our daughter’s wedding. The venue was an absolutely fantastic place for a wedding! The renovations which took place to the property are breathtaking - Southern dream. One of the best experiences included collaborating with Amy Plyler. Her attention to detail, follow up, and care for our daughters wedding should be on the front page of the Charlotte Observer. Dream come true venue and we continue to hear rave reviews from our guests!

I cannot say enough about Caitlyn and her amazing staff! When hurricane Helene destroyed our venue in the mountains, she reached out and told me they could make it happen and assured us it would still be beautiful. The venue alone is stunning! All of the small details you don't think, about they have! Caitlyn hit the ground running as soon as we said yes! She works with the most kind hearted vendors and they stepped in to plan a meal and drinks for our guests. The kind of service and love that they pour into their venue is seen in everything they do. Caitlyn and her team helped with everything from setting up table decor, setting up the food and drink and even held my train as I walked down to the isle. Peep the picture. :) I could only imagine the kinds of weddings that happen at this venue with more time to plan! If you are looking for a full experience wedding that will leave you feeling like you became part of their family this is it! Hartsoe Farms was phenominal. They far exceeded my expectations. When we booked our wedding, Kasey Hartsoe showed us a book of decorations to choose from. She helped me customize my tables based off my color choices and she put the flowers and decorations together. During the process after I left, she sent me pictures until I was satisfied with the results. I love that they set up and tear down for the clients! When we took our photos, there were so many locations to choose from. Its so peaceful and beautiful out there on the farm. Since our wedding almost two years ago there have been numerous improvements to the property. The shelter is now closed in with a beautiful gray wood on the exterior and a brown rustic look on the inside. The beautiful fairy lights make you feel transported. They also built a beautiful bridge you can take pictures on or walk over into the woods where there is alsp a bench to take pictures or get away for a private moment to speak as newly weds. I particularly like The Lounge where you can get ready or do touch ups before your event. The "Bridal" suite is elegant with many places to sit and a bar in the bathroom to do your make up. The "Grooms" suite is very manly, and well decorated. They provide wine glasses and whisky glasses for a sophisticated look in photos and for your guests in the bridal/groom lounge. They also added some out door bathrooms so your guests dont have to go all the way into the Lounge. They also do your music for you if you send a playlist. Overall, I can't believe this location is as cheap as it is with the services provided. If i could give 11/10 stars I would!! Thanks Hartsoe Farms for the perfect wedding!

I held my son and his now wife’s reception here in Sept 2024. You will not find a better person to work with than Sandra. She has the best idea’s and will help make your event special and perfect. The Bonaparte castle is a must see to appreciate its beauty. Her way of putting ideas together with your own brings her event space to life. Not only are the renovating a castle but they have a great outdoor space including a fire pit. There is a small tavern that can be used for that very purpose. I am holding my own wedding and reception here next Oct and couldn’t be more excited to work with her again. Please enjoy my photos.

Belle's Venue and Farms was THE perfect venue choice for our wedding. From the very beginning, Brittany was so helpful and supportive as she guided us through the planning process. Viewing the venue, asking questions, signing contracts and making payments was always a breeze! Brittany truly has a gift. Every time I visited the venue, she had her iPad ready to take detailed notes which she would share with me- (even if I changed my mind a couple times hehe...) She was so attentive to any questions I had and I could tell she really cares about making a couples wedding day visions come to life. Belle's is truly a budget friendly, all-in-one venue without sacrificing quality. There are a few ceremony options, including inside, to fit any couples preference. All of the available decor were all great quality and went so well with the aesthetic of the venue. The venue and property are STUNNING- (I wasn't going to add photos here because the website speaks for itself!!) Gorgeous farm tables and chairs, aesthetic lightning inside and out and you can't beat the location. It's truly a small-town farm oasis with endless spots for photos! We are so beyond grateful to Brittany and her team at Belle's Venue and Farms for making our special day everything we dreamed of and more. I cannot recommend enough! Please at least book a tour here! You won't be disappointed!

The venue owner is the most genuine and caring person on this earth. She was quick to answer messages with all of my questions and gave amazing advice. She communicated everything to us efficiently. The venue space is beautiful, spacious, and has a lot of depth and variety. They made sure everything was just how i wanted it and helped put things together that i didnt know how to do. They also put in so much work and were present for the entire day helping and running around. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married because they made the experience magical and easy.

1812 Hitching Post was an absolute dream to work with for the couple’s wedding. As a photographer I thought the communication from the venue was efficient, organized, and the staff were incredibly kind throughout the wedding day. Working with them on site was great. The quality of their work was stunning - the vintage, beautiful grounds provided a gorgeous outdoor space for the wedding and reception. They alap make for stunning photos. Everything flowed seamlessly on the day of, thanks to the venue's attention to detail and commitment to making the couple’s special day perfect.
