The team at Crystal Ballroom Charlotte was a dream to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always prompt, responsive, and accommodating, which put us at ease during the wedding planning process. The venue itself was an elegant and luxurious showstopper - the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our day-of coordinator, Katie, went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized and flowed beautifully. Katie was working weeks in advance to make sure all the details were taken care of. This was tremendous help since we live out of town and did not have a wedding planner. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to the Crystal Ballroom team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
