She found us the most beautiful venue, and has a great network of vendors to work with (we loved our dj, florist, and photographer!). Kristin at Stephanie Rose Events was excellent from start to finish. We did not have a lot of prior knowledge of our chosen wedding city (San Diego) and actually were living across the country at the time. As such, we purchased the full service package from Kristin. Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. She was communicative, helpful and professional from start to finish, and is a true expert in the field. We would fully recommend her skills for anyone planning a wedding!

Her skill level & ability to resolve problems without disturbing the couple is UNmatched. Please just hire, you will NOT regret. Let me start by saying my wedding was a tall order! I wanted a wedding that was gothic, elegant, Victorian-inspired, dark, and moody. We were going for gothic without it being “scare grandma” gothic! And to make it a step harder, our wedding was in a very modern looking building in Manhattan. And to make it even one step harder, my husband and I are based in Ireland. Lauren completely understood my vision and designed the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. We had so many friends and family approach us about how beautiful the decor was, and even multiple members of staff and various vendors saying they have never seen the venue look so amazing. Her attention to detail is beyond phenomenal and everything is done with such thoughtfulness and due diligence. Lauren was so organised throughout the entire wedding planning process. She helped us look for the best vendors, she went to view different tablecloth landscapes and furniture when we couldn’t (again, we live abroad!) and kept me up to date every step of the way without bombarding us so we could continue to regulate life outside of wedding planning. I have recommended Lauren multiple times to newly engaged friends, and will continue to recommend City and Terrace in the future! Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. Rachel immediately alleviated my anxiety about shopping for a wedding dress as a plus size woman, and assured me that she would use her knowledge of the bridal styling industry to get me into sample dresses, fitted properly, and feeling like a perfect bride. And she did. She handled all the appointments, but it turned out we only needed to go to one shop before we found my dream dress, which Rachel actually pulled herself! Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Rachel met with us monthly and maintained a gigantic checklist, also texting to check in on progress and talk about completed tasks. She is very quickly responsive. Her timeline and notes were incredibly valuable, especially when our venue got a few things wrong that we'd discussed previously. Rachel knew what we wanted and handled everything. Because of Rachel and her company, I was not stressed leading up to my wedding.
