I cannot begin to express my deep gratitude for Wendy throughout the entire wedding planning process. She navigated my husband and I living halfway across the country from our Philadelphia wedding and managed to keep all necessary parties in the loop without having to ask for anything. She kept both of our families calm and got rid of all wedding-planning anxieties that arose. She seamlessly rescheduled all decoration/alcohol drop-off to the venue when the Eagles Super Bowl derailed our plans. She spent the entire day at the venue to ensure all flowers were delivered on time and that we could drive our decorations down in the afternoon. Wendy handled all unexpected issues with grace and shielded us from any extra stress throughout our wedding weekend. I only had pieces of a vision for the ceremony and venue decorations, food, and flow of the events. Wendy expanded on these ideas and brought them to life in ways I couldn't have even imagined. Shaymah was extremely organized with a very chaotic wedding - chaos due to family drama, etc. While the chaos was stressful, Shaymah was very detailed and thorough with all of the wedding planning, including designing florals and signs completely on her own (great designer too!), and including last minute issues with guest count, etc. She's very sweet, kind and helpful and great to work with! I would recommend her for any type of wedding event. She was also very professional through all of the chaos and made sure that the event went well!

I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

Eileen was amazing as our wedding planner / month-of coordinator. Both my husband and I were SO glad we hired her. Eileen helped us make so many decisions during the planning process that led to an extremely smooth wedding day - from where the bar was located to how we processed down the aisle, from whether to do cake or a dessert bar, to when champagne was poured - she really nailed it. She also worked with all of our vendors to coordinate setup and was onsite to help make sure everything was set up correctly & as planned. Everyone jokes that something *always* goes wrong on your wedding day, no matter how much you plan, but really we had nothing go wrong thanks to Eileen! She made our day stress-free! It's also important to call out that our venue wedding coordinator quit a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Eileen stepped up and swooped in to make sure our new point of contact at the venue was fully up-to-speed. Thank god for Eileen! I highly recommend her. And if you're on the fence about needing a wedding coordinator -- just take the leap! SO SO worth it.

Ricki was the absolute best investment I made in my wedding. She was so easy to work with and is single-handedly the reason my wedding went off without a hitch. From our first meeting to loading up decor at the end of the wedding day, she was amazing, enthusiastic, and professional. She also saved my mental health in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, not bothered by my many questions and random thoughts and happily answered them all. Every time I talk to friends I say hire a coordinator!! I could not have done it without Rachel. Our venue unexpectedly fell through and Rachel was my voice of reason and quickly jumped all of the hurdles to secure us another venue. On wedding weekend, Rachel and Carly were a great point of contact for guests, vendors, bridal party etc. I did not feel an ounce of stress, everything went so smoothly. I was that person that did not think I needed a wedding planner! I decided last minute I needed one and I had interviewed 4 people and Christena was the only one that made me feel comfortable! Christena helped keep me organized, in control, and confident that I would be able to get through this! She brought things to my attention that I had no clue I needed to do. During the rehearsal dinner she got everyone in line and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. The day of the wedding Christena and her assistant Jill knew literally handled everything from making sure my vision was brought to life, to making sure everything ran accordingly to plan, and making sure all items that were mine were organized and set aside for my family to gather at the end of the night. I cannot sing Christena’s praises enough! You are getting more than a wedding planner with her! If you are on the fence about this do not be, it is the best money well spent!!!

If I could give Meagan and Escape Key Travel Co 1000 stars, I would. Meagan planned our honeymoon to Italy which couldn’t have been any better. From the first call to understand our expectations and ideas until the last day of our honeymoon Meagan was always on our side and supported us in the best way possible. Ashley a bonus, Meagan provides an app on our phone which included our itinerary, documents, and all travel information, so we didn’t have to worry about forgetting details or documents. Meagan’s knowledge about our dream destination was invaluable to get us the best experience, including great restaurants suggestions! As foodies and art lovers Meagan tailored a beautiful 14 day honeymoon including stays Rome, Florence and Naples. The trip was a perfect mix of activity and leisure time, and of course lots of time to enjoy the great Italian food and drinks. As our highlight we will never forget our visit to the Uffizi Galleries and the best steak Fiorentina during our time in Florence.
