We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf with 2 concrete bars. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. One small bar is good for the DJ set up or serving food! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed. There is also an inside ceremony option, in our ballroom. Cocktail hour is enjoyed in the “home” part of the Manor with access to the wrap around porch and courtyard area with fire pit. The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Hosting only one wedding a day, we pay special care and attention to every detail, making the wedding planning process stress-free and the event flawless for you and your guests.
