We had the best night of our lives at Peasant celebrating our wedding. We chose this restaurant because we always loved the food and romantic cozy atmosphere. When we had to quickly pivot our wedding plans to a smaller venue (4 weeks from our date!), they were our first call. The team at Peasant sprang into action and delivered the wedding we always dreamed of. We had our ceremony in front of the beautiful brick oven. We barely decorated the space because it's already so gorgeous. Our 70 guests sat at long tables for an incredible family style meal. The space quickly transformed into a dance floor, and a friend of ours DJ'd our favorite music. If you're looking for an intimate venue where you can relax and soak up the pure joy of your wedding day, Peasant has the vibes. Our guests still rave about the rigatoni alla vodka, the espresso martinis, and the kindness of the team months later. We keep going back for dates because we can't possibly get enough, and Peasant will always hold a special place in our hearts.

No. The closest subway stations are within a 5 minute walk.

Our main dining room, bar & patio are fully accessible. Our Wine Bar is only accessible via stairs.

While we don't charge a rental fee, all food and beverage items apply to the food and beverage minimums to rent the space. We include our inhouse tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware and linen. We provide candles throughout the space and customizable printed menus.

Wine Bar bookings are for 3 hours, with additional hours able to be added on. Full buyout bookings are for 5 hours, with additional hours able to be added on.

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required for all bookings. Final payments will be processed upon conclusion of the event. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation happens a month out from the event. After that point the deposit is non-refundable. The total estimated due is collected for cancellations after one week from the event.

No, we are a fully insured restaurant. Certain vendors may be required to show a COI to be onsite.

No, we instead charge food and beverage minimum requirements based on the space and event date. All food and beverage charges are applied to that minimum, and if not met, the minimum will be billed as a rental. You may spend over the minimum requirement.

Yes, we charge an administration fee of 4% or 5% depending on the event, and this fee is taxable. We suggest a minimum 20% gratuity for the service staff. Our tax rate is 8.875% and applies to all charges except gratuity.
