Welcome to Bella Terra! The climate-controlled ballroom is a unique combination of rustic and glam decor. The front and back glass doors allow guests to enjoy the outdoor views year-round. One of the unique features of Bella Terra, is the two fully furnished apartments available for overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests. Professional landscaping and mother nature, make Bella Terra beautiful no matter the season or weather.

Nestled on 60 acres of rolling hills, Board & Batten is a wedding and event venue near High Rock Lake, NC. We were recently named one of the top 40 barn wedding venues in the country by Country Living Magazine! Board & Batten was designed to make sure every inch of our property is perfect for your wedding day. The 1820s farmhouse at Rubicon Farm is a charming centerpiece for the open grassy countryside acreage that surrounds the house. Called the Black-Cole House, it was updated in 2005 as a getaway for an active family that loves the outdoors. Now empty-nesters, the couple who owns Rubicon rents this special property out as a venue for an array of special events. Our Niche Turn-key packages at Rubicon Farm are our wedding niche. Our team customizes our couple’s vision of their wedding day, and we do all the set-up and coordination and take down. We plan and execute everything but the reception food and your choice of music, and if you need help choosing those, we are happy to make vendor suggestions.
