I have attached a menu for your reference on packages, pricing, and menu choices. At Best Western Plus, we will do all the day of for you. Teamed up with our professional catering team, set up staff, and your personal marketing/sales team, we will make sure your day is as magical as it should be. The Best Western Plus marketing/sales team will help you design your perfect day with personal meetings and planning hand in hand with you. Please note, if you meet the food & beverage minimum, there is no room charge.

Off Shore Event Center has recently undergone an extensive renovation to bring you one of the most beautiful venues in the area for your special day. Not only do we offer this state-of-the-art facility, we also have a hotel onsite. This will allow your out-of-town guests to arrive in advance and settle in before your event. Guests who arrive early or want to stay an extra day will also be thrilled with the excellent food and service featured at our on-premise restaurant, Off Shore Bar and Grill. During the summer months, we also offer a state-of-the-art outdoor aquatics area which is included with each hotel stay. The HarMac Event Space resides in the historic Harper & McIntire building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ​Completed in 1922, the building was originally a warehouse and shipping facility for Harper & McIntire's industrial hardware. The company also procured their own line of hand-crafted tools, coined "HarMac" - thus, our shared name. In 2015, the property was purchased and restored to reflect its original industrial character and charm. The HarMac has been meticulously designed to showcase it's industrial roots and stunning proportions. The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

Rustic Creek provides round tables for seating and rectangle tables for head table/food area. The biggest plus to Rustic Creek is all weddings are a 48 hour rental, so no rush to get your big day set up or cleaned up!

We are located in the heart of the Millwork District. The Magnolia took 3 years to renovated and was completed in 2019. The floor to ceiling windows, large chandeliers, white brick and marble floors of the Magnolia room are always a crowd favorite. The Champagne loft is loved by bridal parties to get ready with their girls and book the weekend package you can stay in the Loft the night before and the night of your wedding!

Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. We have shopping, bars, restaurants, an arcade, a courtyard with a megatron tv and a Comedy Bar. There are lots to do in and outside of our building in our district. The Steeple Square Community Event Center is a venue located in historic downtown Dubuque, IA. Since our origin on October 12, 1894, the Waterloo Elks Lodge 290 has established itself as a charitable organization throughout our long and prestigious history. By incorporating the four stations of fidelity, brotherly love, charity and justice, the Waterloo Elks have played and will continue to play an active role in the community and Elkdom. As a nonprofit, all money we raise supports veterans, youth and community. The Elks purchased this property in 1917 from the Julian Richards estate. The building was one of the finest oil residences in the city, being well-constructed and large enough to accommodate the lodge temporarily. The building was remodeled to accommodate a ballroom; members bar and card room and billiard room. In the basement there were four bowling alleys, a gymnasium, grill, kitchen and serving pantry, along with showers, lockers and the boiler rooms. The building was dedicated with a cornerstone in 1924, the year the Elks started using it as their Lodge.

At the Barn at Brophy Creek, we are a family run business on a fourth generation farm. Running along the edge of Brophy Creek, the farm was purchased in the 1950's by my grandfather who immigrated from Germany and worked the farm as a hired man when he was 18 years old. The next generation took over and my dad began farming the land. My husband and I moved into the farmhouse where we raised our 4 beautiful children. I’ve stayed on this acreage my entire life. It is my history. Eventually, my dad retired and the buildings began to deteriorate. I knew we had to save these historic buildings and share them with the community, so we got creative and dreamed up the wedding and event venue that Brophy Creek is today. Luckily, my husband is able to take the dreams and visions I have in my head and make them reality. In 2015 we began dreaming it up, tearing it apart, and rebuilding - we've put our lives into this space.

Our style could be described as architectural, dark toned, and historically elegant. Our venue comfortably holds up to 550 guests at banquet style setup with space for a head table, cake tables, buffets, bars, and dance floor. Additionally, our ballroom spaces are designed to be separated or used in combination, which allows us to serve intimate weddings of 50 -150 guests as well. The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.

The former home of cook-your-own-steaks, Old Oaks Steak House, south of Milan, has been transformed into Old Oaks Winery. The rear of the property contains several acres of now-mature vineyards, which are producing the grapes for Old Oaks wine. Our vision has always been to bring a Napa feel back to the Midwest. Old Oaks Winery has a tasting room and event space for more than 200.

In 1976, Hugh and Jody Deery had established themselves as greats in Midwest short track race promoting. With their large plot of land in Loves Park, just miles north of Rockford already housing Rockford Speedway, they asked themselves what's missing? The answer was affordable quality banquet space! Thus the idea for the Forest Hills Banquet was born. Construction began in 1977 and was completed in 1978. The annual Rockford Speedway Banquet was one of the first events held in the newly constructed "Lodge" and we are proud to have played a part in many wonderful celebrations in the years which have followed.
