The Renwick Mansion is one of Davenport's most amazing historic locations. The beauty, elegance and history of the mansion are truly one of a kind. Sitting on 4 acres of land, with ample parking, as well as space for indoor and outdoor events. This Italian Revival Villa features a large indoor event space, bar, 4 balconies, a pa bridal suite, 8 bedrooms and a large lawn to accommodate events with up to 300 guests. A birds eye view of the Quad Cities and the Mississippi River can be enjoyed on the second story balcony or the fourth story tower.

The Renwick was the quickest and easiest choice my husband and I made for our wedding. We knew it was a beautiful place and we’d been interested in getting married there since long before we were even engaged but we didn’t know how helpful, warm and accommodating the owners, Sarah and Dane, would be. From the day we toured to our wedding and after, they’ve been amazing. They offer tons of helpful amenities plus different packages/price-points. We went with one of the higher priced packages and it was still totally reasonable. The package we chose allowed us to focus on the things we were excited about like decor while not having to worry about the things we were not excited about like set up and tear down. They also offer pretty much any option you could possibly want as far as bar service goes and you can bring in whatever catering you want! I could ramble on forever - I don’t know why people have events anywhere else!

This venue was everything we dreamed of and more. Sarah and Dane are two of the sweetest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. They truly went above and beyond helping us make our dream come to life. If you’re in need of a place to rent out for a party, a weekend getaway, or a special occasion of your own - we highly recommend checking their place out!

No, however we carry all of the necessary licensing and insurance so that you don't need to purchase any additional.

Yes, we have a large lot and if you reach 200+ guests then there is also overflow parking on a large grass berm.

We are a historic building therefore we cannot install ramps, however once indoors the doors are wide enough for wheelchairs to go through and there is a restroom on the main floor. There are handrails on every set of steps.

Common areas, grounds, tables/chairs for up to 150 guests, bar and bartending service, Bluetooth speaker, 8 bedrooms, bridal suite, and some of the packages includes set up/cleanup/late checkout/champagne toast.

During our peak season, our basic package starts on Friday at 8am and ends on Sunday at 11am. During the weekdays and on off-season weekends you can one day rentals.

The $500 security deposit is non-refundable but goes toward the overall cost of the rental balance, a full refund is issued if reservation is cancelled 9 months or more prior to the reservation, and if the reservation is cancelled within the 9 months prior then you're able to buy out your contract.

You take Interstate 74 to the first Iowa Exit (State Street and River Drive), head west on River Drive until you get to Tremont Avenue where you take a right. Renwick is on the corner of Tremont and East 10th Street.
