This space features 3620 sq footage with seating approximately 200 people. Back of the main lodge is our Coal Creek lounge which carries a large selection of local, craft, and domestic beers on tap and in bottles. Multiple options of wine, specialty mixed drinks and non-beer options are also available. Access to our outdoor lighted courtyard with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

Seven Oaks helped to make our wedding experience incredible. Compared to other venues we looked at, they included so much that made our day easier. We were thrilled to be able to have our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception all in one place along with an amazing set-up for getting ready the morning of. Their flexibility and customization for the set-up, bar, catering, and photography also made planning so much fun. With their help, we were able to make our wedding day feel like a true representation of us as a couple. I highly recommend Seven Oaks to any couple in the planning process.

Heidi, Sara, and the entire team at 7oaks were professional, and went above and beyond to make our day the BEST ever! No outside alcohol may be brought into Seven Oaks Lodge or on the grounds.

Your reservation includes the day before your wedding 9am-9pm and day of your wedding 8am to 12am. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Yes! We have an open vendor policy. We will give you our preferred vendor list, however you are welcome to bring whomever you choose. We love meeting new vendors!

We are a Ski Lodge, therefore we book ceremonies and receptions from April-October.

Yes, we have a large parking lot on site for all your guests.

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible, including our entrance and bathrooms.

In the event of a full cancellation outside of ten (10) months of the event, the down payment is non-refundable but additional payments are refundable up to 100%. In the event of a full cancellation inside of ten (10) months of the event, the down payment and progress payment are non-refundable. Any refunds will be mailed within thirty (30) days to the name and address of renter listed on the Rental Agreement.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. When smoking outside please use the appropriate outdoor receptacles to dispose of cigarette butts. A fee of $1 will be charged per cigarette butt found outside of proper disposal areas.

Yes, we do! Hosted Bar, Open Bar, Cash Bar, Drink Tickets, or Customizable Bar. Keg Pricing: Purchase a ½ barrel keg of your favorite beer for your guests to enjoy. Must have a minimum of 125 guests for 2nd Keg and a minimum of 225 guests for 3rd Keg.

We are a Ski Lodge, therefore we do not rent our venue from November thru March.
