About this venue
A three-story Victorian Mansion built in 1915 and once the home to Emerson Keith, founder of Keith Country Day School. The two available stories include two large studio spaces, galley kitchen, sun porch, and professional office, with options to add on massage suite, esthetics suite, and hair salon. The building's integrity has remained intact, simply allowing for updated paint and decoration. An incredibly versatile space for intimate events, bridal suite, showers, rehearsal dinners, photography, media stages, video, and meetings.

High ceilings, exquisite original wood moldings, simple + elegant decor- the perfect backdrop to host your next event in. With a capacity of 60 for tabled events and 99 for events needing chairs or standing room only, we have you covered. This rental includes use of our galley kitchen + sun porch.

A cozier feel the instant you enter the studio
Beautiful blush grass-cloth walls, and original light hardwood floors- the perfect space for your bridal suite, business meeting, or private yoga class. Capacity of 54 for tabled events and 99 for events needing chairs or standing room only. This rental includes use of a 3 cubic feet refrigerator- ideal for storing beverages + snacks.

This rental provides you access to both floors for use during your event. Utilize Blush as your Bridal Suite (don’t forget to book Julie + Alexis!) and hold your intimate ceremony in Sun. Hold your business meeting upstairs + book entertainment, a workshop, or a private chef downstairs. The options are endless!
