Working with The Ranch coordinator was easy and she was very professional. They have several menus and options to choose from, from super high end to buffet style options. I have been to The Ranch for corporate events and I have always loved their food. The rooms are classy, the food is amazing, the service staff was polite and helpful. I have nothing bad to say. We loved having our wedding reception there. All of our guest were complimenting how fancy the rooms was and how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this place.

Meadowlark and the team (Julia and Amber) were amazing. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Our wedding budget was modest so we did not have a wedding planner, Julia helped us out and always answered any questions we had. We did the Ultimate wedding package and our guests had a wonderful time. We loved being able to have a beautiful wedding without going bankrupt after or having to DIY the entire thing. Highly recommend this venue!

The Grand Theater was a beautiful wedding venue, with a stunning space and amazing food. The staff was awesome and very attentive to our needs. However, we did have some issues with their communication and payment processes. There were a few instances where payments failed to go through due to their system having an error and they didn't tell us until days later. Towards the end, they also tried to overcharge us but we were able to catch these errors by referencing our contract. They quickly fixed the issues, but it was a bit frustrating to have to double-check and get everything sorted. Overall, the venue and staff were great, but be sure to carefully review your contract and keep on top of all payments to avoid any problems. I don't think any of the issues we had were malicious or done intentionally so I would recommend them!

We were looking for a venue with a historical look/feel but found that many obviously did not have modern amenities. The East Room has the historical look but with modern comforts of a newer venue(AC, parking, many bathrooms). The staff was very helpful from our first visit and throughout the whole process leading up to wedding day. Clear pricing and they respond to emails quickly. Our wedding experience was amazing we had a perfect day .

We booked Paracel for our wedding tea ceremony & reception venue, and Matthew for our MC & DJ. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience with the venue & Matthew. When set up, Paracel was such an beautiful venue to have our wedding reception. We would say the space was just right for about 200 guests with plenty of room for our other vendors to setup, including an outdoor patio. However, it would be good to know that the projector screen is right behind the stage which did prevent us having a slideshow as our sweetheart table arch backdrop did obstruct it. We opted for the Platinum Plate Menu & even had an opportunity to try the food before booking. According to our guests, they enjoyed the presentation of Lobster Fruit Salad. Other highlights included the House Special Lobster Garlic Noodles & Peking Duck with Steamed Bun. They thought the food was delicious & plentiful. The bar being indoors & close to the tables made it very convenient for many of our guests to easily grab a drink. Matthew was accommodating & was easy to communicate with throughout the planning. He also gave us suggestions and recommendations based on his experience. Matthew as a DJ & MC was also phenomenal. He exceeded our expectations with keeping our guests engaged & entertained. Despite his limited Vietnamese, his father was also there that night to assist with translating for our Vietnamese guests. Matthew really knew how to read the room & hype people up. As the night was coming to a close & the dance floor opened up, he seemed to know what music to play to keep the crowd going & even concluded the night with a special moment for us. Paracel has such an amazing package for a wedding reception. You would be hard pressed to find an experience as good as Paracel in the area. We highly recommend Paracel for your wedding or next event!

The Vineyards was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day! The entire team (Shadi, Jimmy, Soroor, Deena) was helpful from the moment we toured the Vineyards to the moment we left on our wedding day. The venue is beautiful, lush, and meticulously decorated. We chose to have our ceremony at the garden site and our reception in the ballroom. Our guests loved the venue and kept raving about the food. We had a very specific music-themed wedding, where we wanted to incorporate little touches of our story, and the venue and team were able to help us execute our vision seamlessly! They were very accommodating when we wanted to enter the venue early for hair and makeup and helped us with our timeline, which made everything on the day-of go smoothly. If we had to do our big day again, we would 100% choose the Vineyards every time! Thank you to the entire team, we are eternally grateful for your support.

The hotel has a beautiful venue with plenty of parking. John (Director of Catering) was amazing to work with and helped make the planning process easy and stress free. The staff at the hotel and at the event were super accommodating, nice and pleasant to interact with. A lot of our guest raved about the food and service they were provided by the staff.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and minimal decorations were needed. My guests kept talking about how beautiful the views were and how amazing and delicious the food was. The service was outstanding. Katelyn was the best coordinator and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the whole night. She was so attentive and kind! Best venue in SoCal! As a catering company, we work at many different venues, and Fete the Venue is by far our favorite. It’s the best! We have catered for a variety of unique events there, and the ballroom transfers to whatever theme you can dream up. It’s a blank slate to work with, very light and airy, and the high ceilings give it a nice open look. It’s exciting to see how different the room looks each time we are there. The outside patio is a wonderful option for your guests to get a breath of fresh air, or set the theme for the event, and it is a beautiful ceremony site. Opening the roll-up doors make an awesome grand entrance for any event, especially a Wedding reception. It is on one level, so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with, and very convenient for the guests to park and enter easily. It’s very well maintained, and always clean. There is always staff on-site at every event, so there is never a problem that isn’t solved quickly, and everyone is such a pleasure to work with, especially Sarah. She is amazing! I would highly recommend Fete the Venue when planning any event to ensure that your day will be a success, leaving your guests with a smile and ready to return again soon! We looked all over OC for a place to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that was beautiful and aesthetically neutral. Irvine Marriott on Von Karmann exceeded our hopes and dreams. From the process they made simple and easy, to the mostly inclusive venue (you just need a few additional vendors), to our guests having affordable rooms on site to enhance the experience. We customized our day to fit our vision and the team (Niki, Michelle, Chef, Thomas, etc) was amazing at supporting us to have the perfect day! We enjoyed the beautiful venue, the delicious customized food, a large getting ready room fit for the Kardashian’s, the photo opportunities in some special spots (IYKYK), the cocktail reception, the service/coordination (finding a last minute sewing kit to fix a bridesmaid’s dress with reassuring smiles), the honeymoon suite… our wedding weekend was perfection (and our guests all agree)! I wish everyone could experience the joy of getting married at the Lido House! The customer service was truly exceptional. Brian went above and beyond to help make our day special. They offered a complimentary suite upgrade on the night of our wedding, as well as the night before. They honored all our various food preferences. Brian offered to have multiple meetings to discuss all of the details. When I was sick and had to miss the menu tasting, they put the whole selection in to-go containers and included tea and cough drops in the bag. They offered complimentary car service to the beach for our sunset photos. I could go on and on! I cannot recommend the Lido House more highly.

Choosing Fogo de Chao for our rehearsal dinner was one of the easiest choices of the entire wedding. They made everything so easy for us. There were several food and beverage packages that we got to pick from and on the day of we were tucked away in a private area with our own set of servers. It couldn't have gone any better, everyone was really nice and treated both me and the guests like vips on the day of and the food was delicious. 10/10 would do again.

I was the planner for my daughter's wedding at the Hyatt Newport. From start to finish, we were all thrilled with the coordination throughout by Hayley, the service staff the day of, and the venue. The ceremony in the Amphitheater was lovely, the cocktail hour followed there, and the dinner reception for 100 guests was in the Garden Patio. The Garden Patio was simply perfect. Trees and plants surrounded the area; lights were strung across the patio ... the space felt like a magical oasis all their own to enjoy with their friends and family. Simply beautiful. The firepit was an added bonus, enjoyed all evening with smores kits available for our guests at the end of the reception. Hyatt offered an amazing wedding package, just about everything we needed they were able to provide on-site, which made coordinating with one person for everything quite easy. Having the reception on site of where our guests could also stay was an added bonus as well. We even did the rehearsal luncheon on-site. It was truly a perfect space in Newport for guests to arrive and enjoy without having to drive. There were many great locations around the resort perfect for photos. Hayley was exceptional to work with. Communication was great. The food was amazing. The venue so beautiful. We can't say enough positive things about the Hyatt Newport and all who helped make their day so special. Our thanks to Hayley and her team.

The venue itself is SPECTACULAR. It reminds me of Paradise Point in San Diego and it is a dream location. Everything about this location was amazing. Plenty of parking for the entire wedding. So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.
