    I wish everyone could experience the joy of getting married at the Lido House! The customer service was truly exceptional. Brian went above and beyond to help make our day special. They offered a complimentary suite upgrade on the night of our wedding, as well as the night before. They honored all our various food preferences. Brian offered to have multiple meetings to discuss all of the details. When I was sick and had to miss the menu tasting, they put the whole selection in to-go containers and included tea and cough drops in the bag. They offered complimentary car service to the beach for our sunset photos. I could go on and on! I cannot recommend the Lido House more highly.

    I am a wedding planner and I had the pleasure of planning a wedding for my clients who got married at the Lido House this year and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The level of service, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of accommodations truly exceeded all expectations. From the initial planning stages to the execution of the event, the entire Lido House team demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the wedding was a successful event. They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet every request. The attention to detail was remarkable as every team member showed kindness and care for not only the couple but their guests and our vendor team. It was evident that the staff took great pride in delivering exceptional service. A special thank you to Jasmine and Walter for making the Bride and Groom’s special day one of the best days in their lives.
