The outdoor ceremony site is held under a 400+ year old oak tree, with branches cascading down and seating to accommodate 250 guests. Guests then move seamlessly to our cocktail hour patio and inside for the reception. Our venue boasts 25 foot ceilings, with gorgeous chandeliers to bring a classy touch. The white shiplap walls, large windows & french doors create the perfect lighting for pictures & an elegant ambiance. One of our favorite personal touches is the balcony lounge, featuring a private bar, indoor balcony overlooking the dance floor, and a covered outdoor patio area. West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces. The venue features four luxurious suites on massive balconies, two kitchens to make any chef jealous and a spectacular sound system in virtually every room. A new 4100 sq ft patio cantilevers over the edge of the lake with a 40’x40’ tent included in the deal for celebrations and dining lakeside. Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Spring Lake is a picturesque site situated at the headwaters of the San Marcos River, and there are several options for your special day. We have spaces available at the Headwaters Green, the Meadow, or on our Rooftop overlooking Spring Lake's crystal waters. As a special treat to your guests, you can even reserve our historic Glass Bottom Boats! Spring Lake is an OUTDOOR venue with no cover. Clients are welcome to rent tents to accommodate their guests. There is one small conference room available, but seating and availability is very limited. Please keep this in mind when planning your date and time. Artisan is a distillery and brewery where we make all our distilled spirits on site and brew our beer off site. All our alcohol is made by us and are original creations by our master distillery and our alchemists. All our cocktails are hand-crafted creations that will impress everyone. Artisan is located near the historic downtown area of San Antonio. The entire in-door space is around 3,000 sq. ft. The main bar area (1,500sq ft) is decorated very elegantly with crystal chandeliers and sofas, has a 20 ft bar and can seat 40 people, but can hold comfortably 60 people. We have a second inside space, our Lounge, that can seat 50 people at dining tables and has an 8ft x 16ft stage. In addition to our inside space, we have a large 3,500 sq ft patio that that is 60% covered, is casual and tropical with many plants, has another 8ft x 16ft stage and seats 150 people. The entire space (main bar, Lounge, and patio) can be leased or just the Lounge area - perfect for smaller parties.
