I highly recommend renting this facility. The rental fee and the space are unmatched. It is my favorite go to when I plan any event that I will have more than 20. The hanger or barn were perfect graduation, Christmas, birthday parties or showers/weddings. Open the hanger doors and we had the outside, but were sheltered from the rain. Plenty of paved parking so no mud or snow. Formal or casual, large group or smaller, nice weather or inclement it has proven the perfect space for many of our events and definitely allowed me to think outside the box when I plan.

We got married at the Brightside and it was our dream day! Carli, Sophie, Suzie, and the rest of the staff were so well-prepared, communicative, and helpful at all phases. Their pricing is very fair for the amount of labor they did for us. They are so much more flexible and accommodating than your typical venue. The space is beautiful, even without all the extras. They have tons of great photo spaces. I highly recommend The Brightside!

Our day of coordinator was Janet Collinsworth, and she honestly made the entire experience the best day ever. She works so hard at making the wedding day the best that it can be, and she is incredibly great at her job! We LOVED having her support and kindness the entire night. She isn’t afraid to take charge and she always knew what to do to make it run smoothly. We could not have done it without her. Thank you for making it the best day ever! Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. We would absolutely recommend this venue and Emily to everyone! We are SO happy and had the BEST day!!! Thank you Rosewood Manor and Emily!!

Mica and the whole staff at The Windamere really made our wedding better than we could’ve imagined. From the beginning, Mica was very straightforward and honest. All of her pricing was transparent and she was thorough with us. The venue offered the history and charm we were looking for at a decent price and Mica gave us the peace of mind by being our day of coordinator. I loved that we were all able to get ready on site and never saw each other until our first look. We also enjoyed that she has a secluded vip area for us right after the ceremony so we could take a few minutes to breathe before the reception. She helped through the decor process and was very timely with communication, especially as we were planning from 500 miles away. We are so grateful for her and her team.

My experience with the Hope hotel and conference center was one of the best venue experiences I’ve ever had. Ms Caprice Wilson, and her staff helped me from beginning to end, the professionalism the cleanliness, the kindness that was displayed at every encounter, not to mention the great price, everything was exceptional. I plan on revisiting and booking again real soon.

So so so pleased with my experience at The Retreat!! Our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined thanks to the staff's hard work and attention to detail. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and they were communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us have our DREAM day!!!! We also stayed the night in the house and there was plenty of room for us and our whole bridal party and it made a perfect and stunning space for both bride and groom's sides to get ready. The house (and entire property) felt like home, exactly what we wanted and could not have asked for more!!!

The day of the wedding was awesome, but leading up to the wedding, getting ahold of them was exhausting. It wasn’t until I badgered them with calls and multiple emails that I would finally get answers. I think if you’re on a budget they’re perfect, but seriously plan your wedding 1.5/2 years out because it takes a life time to get decisions made.

My husband and I are so glad that we booked The Oscar Event Center for our anniversary party. The menu was the main selling point for us because we wanted to offer unique options. We chose the seafood and Asian stations for dinner and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about the food saying it exceeded expectations. Chef Mike does not disappoint. We like that the OEC sets up and tears down all decorations for you because it was a huge help. We used minimal decorations but felt like it was perfect since the hall is already well decorated. And the whole venue is customizable. It has a large capacity but the setup we chose was perfect for 55 guests. Additionally, with a smaller group we valued the per person food and beverage cost minimum rather than a guest count minimum. All the staff working at our party were incredible too! Shout out to Drew, Madi, Brenda, Lisa, Kathleen, and Gail for keeping things running smoothly. We initially worked with Josie Fickes when we booked, and she was great. But we ended up lucky enough to have Jan Riordan as our coordinator. She completely understood our vision and was a joy to work with. She was very responsive to questions and made us feel at ease. Her kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated. We cannot give enough thanks to Jan and the whole OEC staff for making our anniversary party a great time!

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
