The building and venue space are the newest in a conscientious culture to embrace people and green spaces while promoting a reduced eco-footprint. This venue is perfect from Corporate events to Weddings! The sun-drenched foyer on both the first and second floors allows for welcome cocktails, gala registration, or other pre-function activities.

Avec West Loop's entire second floor is a dedicated private dining venue. This space draws from the warm, intimate design of avec’s main dining room with lots of wood, stoned wall paper and natural light. It’s the perfect location for a private, intimate gathering. The space features an open kitchen and private bar where cocktails and hors d'oeuvres may be served prior to groups being seated. We can accommodate 40 guests for a seated event and 60 guests for a reception style event.
