Weddings at the venue can utilize 8,000 square feet of space, which offers plenty of flexibility for different configurations, including seated dinners, passed appetizers, and after-dinner dancing. Weddings that include live entertainment can have bands and performers set up on the second level, allowing everyone in attendance to enjoy the performance. The venue bar area includes a Kegerator, ice machine, and beverage cooler for use by bar staff, while caterers and waitstaff can use the dedicated kitchenette with sinks and a microwave for preparation and staging. The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.

Our historic, nineteenth-century, recently renovated barn is surrounded by natural beauty with picturesque rolling green pastures grazed by Angus cows and Border Leceister sheep, as well as hay fields, and crop and cut flower fields. Our stately barn sits at the top of a hill overlooking the Vloman Kill. Our family has farmed this land in Albany County, NY for over two hundred years and we would like to share this beautiful property with you for your special day.

Mark's Good Apples Farm is a former dairy, nestled into the hills of Bloomville, NY, boasting a 1790's farmhouse, post and beam barn, fruiting orchard & lush hay fields. Just a short drive from the towns of Delhi, Bovina & Andes, this property transports guest to a simpler era with glimpses into the past and hints at modern luxury. The agricultural setting with working orchard, historic stonewalls and hayfields will be the perfect place for your special event.

We are a small resort just one mile north of Lake George Village. We have beautiful wooded ceremony site and a reception site right next to the ceremony site. We have unique rentals as well as one bedroom and two bedroom cabins to accommodate overnight guests!

Our venue is a working cider apple farm and distillery with an orchard, greenhouse, vegetable & flower gardens, a flock of 50 exotic chickens, Sebastopol geese, Soay sheep and two super sweet Chihuahuas named Isabella and Mela. Our barn was built in the late 1870's. It has been renovated over the last few years to be the perfect space for up to 130 guests. We got married in our barn and had 80 of our closest friends and family for the event. It’s the ideal venue for these smaller weddings.
