“Hands down, Faye Fern Creative was our favorite wedding vendor. We could not have trusted our day to a more talented, caring, experienced, and fully dedicated team. During our consultation call, I mentioned a mutual Instagram friend connection and discovered that Natalie had coincidentally planned a stylish film industry event for them in New York almost a decade ago and also the wedding of one of their friends. My friend had nothing but fabulous things to say. The way she described what it was like to work with Natalie made me know instantly that we HAD to book her. My husband and I found it very easy to trust the Faye Fern design and planning team throughout everything. Natalie rescued us from making several bad decisions with her sage advice and I am not embarrassed to admit that things could have turned out quite disastrous for us if we had been left to plan our own wedding without her expertise. She also literally saved us hundreds of hours and prevented me from having to go down an endless research blackhole because she introduced us to the best vendors for our vision and managed EVERYTHING. Anyone who has ever had a wedding probably knows how easy it is to get overwhelmed by the number of vendor choices and social media horror stories of bad vendor experiences. We were grateful to have Natalie’s guidance and knew that she was only booking us vendors who were trustworthy and fit our aesthetic. At the start, Natalie told us that she customizes the experience to the couple. She took a lot of care to learn our communication style and how involved we wanted to be in planning. We chose to let her take the reins and just present us options to make major decisions on. She was very respectful of our vision and even made wonderful design suggestions that improved it. Natalie also preferred to get everything locked down sooner rather than later, kept us on track with deadlines, and is so organized and well prepared. This allowed us to spend the final month before our wedding in an unexpected state of relaxation and she encouraged us to turn our focus to self-care since almost all the work had already been done. SO, SO different from our siblings and friends who spent their own final month before their weddings still stressing about timelines, seating and floor plans, and all kinds of last minute tasks. We were grateful to have avoided that because it allowed us to arrive at our wedding feeling well rested, calm, and 100 percent confident that we were about to have the best weekend of our lives. It should also be said that Natalie’s design genius is nothing short of inspiring. She came up with our perfect color palette and wedding design even though most of the inspiration photos I sent her were of travel, fashion, interiors and graphic design that I liked. I told her that I didn’t have much saved in terms of wedding photos and she just said “No problem, I absolutely love that. We don’t want your wedding to look exactly like someone else’s anyway!” and went right to work, coming up with such a gorgeous design that fit who we are. We could not recommend Faye Fern Creative any more highly. If you are looking for a designer or planning team who will exceed every expectation and feel like supportive lifelong friends, this is it. But when I spoke to her personally, we hit it off right away and hiring her was a no brainer! She was the calm I needed for my Type C/A personality! Menaza wore a million hats to help us pull off the wedding of our dreams! She handled all of the vendor bookings, contracts, logistics, and organizing of timelines. She even provided bonus services of putting together all of our florals! She created our bouquets, boutonnieres, table centre pieces and provided all the little details, like our card box, table seating mirror, welcome sign and offered to create and print our stationary. She brainstormed with us on concepts, helped us create a wedding & bar logo and accompanied us to venue visits, during our several visits to New York. Even when I had issues ordering items online, she stepped up and ordered them on my behalf! She advised on the tipping culture of the US, assisted with our marriage licence & officiant application and was open and honest about what sort of costs we should expect for certain items. Menaza researched and secured some amazing vendors for us and ensured that on our wedding day we were taken care of! (IE, I expressed to her that I really wanted sushi during cocktail hour... and while I was taking family photos she showed up with two plates stacked full of sushi with a BIG SMILE on her face! Lol) I was SOOOOO HAPPY!! One thing that stood out about Menaza over other planners we interviewed was that she was always available, we weren’t limited to a number of phone calls & contact times. “Brittany and her team were an absolute dream to work with. She was one of our most proffesional and detailed oriented vendors. After our initial call, Brittany sent over a gorgeous and detailed mock up. Her communication leading up to our Wedding (we hired Wylde Rose for Styling for our Hindu Ceremony) was excellent, checking in with us to see if we needed anything - which was a breath of fresh air chasing around most vendors. The team pulled out ALL stops to make our Wedding Rentals and styling look gorgeous. Our planner called Brittany with concerns from about the stage we had delivered and Brittany and team were ON IT to make everything gorgeous and execute our vision flawlessly! “I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.”
