I was confident my wife (Kenzie) was the one when I got down on one knee. What I had no clue about is how much goes into wedding planning! LOL We could not have asked for a better wedding planner/coordinator than Liz/Chacon Weddings! Liz has all the experience, knowledge, and know-how you could desire, but I would argue that what sets her apart is her passion and heart for every couple she gets the honor of working with! There was never a second when our wedding felt like a job for Liz, or a burden. She was our biggest advocate and cheerleader every step of the way. By the end of the process, she felt like family! Our wedding day was a day that my wife had been dreaming about her entire life (and creating Pinterest boards with inspiration for nearly as long as that lol), and Liz did everything in her power to give us that dream day. AND SHE DELIVERED! There's not a single thing I would have changed about our day. The best part for my wife and I was waking up on our wedding day with zero stress because we knew Liz would hold down everything. Our day was filled with friends, family, dancing, laughter and celebration...not overwhelming planning, details and timelines. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU LIZ!!

We cannot imagine planning or having our wedding reception without Erika!! Planning a "destination" event was a daunting task since we weren't very familiar with the Clearwater area, but Erika made the process easy and enjoyable. Through in-person, virtual meetings, and emails, she kept our planning timeline on track. Her vendor recommendations were always on point! On the day of the reception, she made everything run smoothly. From decorating the venue within 2.5hrs to being one-step ahead with every aspect of the schedule to wrapping everything up at the end of the night, she didn't miss a single detail. Above all, she was a joy to work with - kind, even-keeled, and talented. We cannot recommend Erika enough!! (It was also really fun to work with Erika and Hunter together - they make a great team!)

When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!
