“Max was nothing short of amazing right from the beginning. I wanted a videographer- my husband didn't want the extra cost. I had already reached out to Max, but when my husband said no, Max was kind and understanding and not pushy or salesy. I ended up overriding my husband last minute, as I was afraid I'd regret not having video, and thankfully Max still had our date available! He ALWAYS responded quicker than almost all of my other vendors, and was so easy to work with! Our big day came, and Max worked so seamlessly with every other vendor. He captured EVERYTHING I wanted and more. He got amazing behind the scenes shots, all of the little details, and every emotion of the day. We just got all of our footage, and it brought both my husband and I to tears. Max captured so much more than I realized, we were truly able to relive our big day. His editing is EXCEPTIONAL and seriously better than I ever could have imagined, he really blew our minds. My husband is now thankful I went ahead and booked video- my ONLY regret is that I didn't have Max stay for the full (or most of the) reception, and he left after our first dance, cake and speeches. He seamlessly put together the most amazing highlight video that captured every important moment and blended everything together so well and chose the perfect song for the background. I debated on asking him to use our song for the background music, but I am so glad I left everything fully up to him to piece together at his discretion. You seriously cannot go wrong with him, and I very highly doubt you'll find a better videographer in central PA. I honestly cannot thank Max enough for capturing our day the way he did, and for the amount of time, thought and skill he puts into his passion of videography.”

From their work and their website altogether, I knew they were the kinds of creative personalities we would want to help us capture our special day as well as the aesthetic we were looking for. The packaged we booked included an engagement shoot where we first got to work with Christian really get to know his fun personality and he got to learn about the kind of photography. Although we originally booked both of them for our wedding in October, there was a scheduling conflict with another couple. The turnaround time for the preview, full gallery, and teaser video were exactly as promised- faster than we expected! “I cannot recommend Sophie enough for wedding make up. My wife and I used Sophie as our makeup artist for ourselves, our two moms, and my sister-in-law. Getting your make up done is an intimate process and sets the tone for the entire day and with Sophie there I felt beautiful and comfortable the whole time. We were not able to do a make up trial due to my schedule so she worked with me prior to my wedding day via zoom to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She sent me examples and helped me articulate my vision and even tried the looks on herself so that I could see them come to life. On the day of I felt so glam and powerful. My look lasted through performances and lots of dancing and my pictures from the end of the night are still STUNNING with no touch ups required (though she did provide us with the cutest touch up kits) My wife’s style and comfort with make up is much different than mine so she did a make up trial and Sophie helped her to find a look that was “wedding glam” but still felt authentic. Our looks were very different and incredibly “us” and showed off Sophie’s range and talent. Logistically, she is a complete professional with high end products that she organizes for ease of use and hygiene. Though my make up ran much longer than intended, she had anticipated that and so we still finished exactly on time. I never felt rushed or stressed - only like an absolute queen. It was the perfect way to start my wedding day and was worth every single penny.”

We booked an engagement shoot with her a year out before our wedding and as soon as we met her we knew she was the one we would hire for our wedding. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”
