All guests & family members could not stop raving about her. She has been appointed as our family party planner. We were really blessed to have found her & beyond grateful to have worked with her. Her skill level & ability to resolve problems without disturbing the couple is UNmatched. Please just hire, you will NOT regret. I hardly write reviews BUT for her - I will not stop sharing my experiences until everyone hears about her services. She is the right person for your planning needs - weddings or not. We had a lot of moving parts to our wedding, including a horse-drawn carriage that was two hours late, but Jaylyn kept everything going and was on top of it all. I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side.
