    I'd recommend Addison for your wedding planning needs! She was organized and prompt with all communication. She directly handled coordinating between vendors, which made our wedding day so much less stressful than it could have been. It's hard to put a price on that peace of mind for such an important day. She did an incredible job overall!!

    Addison Kay Weddings was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Their communication was excellent - they were always prompt in responding to our questions and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process. Their level of organization and attention to detail was truly five-star. We couldn't have done it without Addison's expertise and direction - she made sure that all 18 of our wedding party members knew exactly where to be and what to do on the big day.     Working with Addison was a delight! We hired Addison as the day of wedding coordinator for my daughter’s recent wedding. We had our initial meeting a week before the wedding. She was thorough in contacting all of our vendors the week prior, to ensure proper arrival times. This was particularly helpful as we realized we needed additional time added for our bartenders, photographer and videographers. She was very reliable and always a text or call away if we needed any questions answered or vendors contacted again. Addison planned a detailed wedding day timeline which helped keep the wedding party on track and ensured the ceremony began on time. She helped set up and arrange the tables for the outdoor cocktail hour. She planned a floor layout for the number of tables and sizes needed for the reception. She was always available, helpful, and instrumental in ensuring everything ran smoothly from set up, to the ceremony, reception, and finally the sparkler send off. My daughter said she had the wedding of her dreams. Thank you Addison for all your hard work and making the vision become reality!
