Winding Brooks is a labor of love designed and built by Ed. His love of plants, flowers, the land and nature have inspired him to create these beautiful gardens. The park-like setting includes water features with winding streams that gently cascade to a large water pond. An abundance of natural rock and boulders, water plants, numerous varieties of plants and flowers, two pergola areas for outdoor ceremonies, and unusually shaped trees line the gardens for everyone to enjoy.

Deerfield Estates is a premiere wedding and special events venue in Waco, Texas. Originally an 1840's timber frame barn from Newton, Pennsylvania, this antique legacy has been restored into a beautiful, unique special event space, surrounded by a a ceremony rose garden and situated in a park-like setting of native Texas trees.

Our one of a kind venue is located on an equestrian horse farm. This unique piece of land has been in the Manning family for over seventy years and is full of history, love, and tradition. We have preferred providers at all price points ready to serve your needs for entertainment, video, photos, catering, seating/tables/decor, ceremony, etc. Site costs begin at $2000 for 2-hours and $3750 for 4-hours. If you rent the park by 3-1-2023, you will have a 2-hour photo session time free (valued at $50/hour) during weekdays. All other services available on request. We believe that food is love and that a fabulous meal shared with family and friends is an essential part of a life well lived. Saint Rocco’s interior is also an homage to family with wall-to-wall vintage photos provided by Romano, Valley and other friends and colleagues. And printed on the back of each Saint Rocco’s menu are their personal thoughts about growing up Italian in America. Saint Rocco’s décor is a modern interpretation of the Italian-American clubs that Romano grew up going to with his dad, featuring red and white subway tile, a lively open kitchen and a hand-carved wooden bar that spans the length of the restaurant.
