About this venue

Our 20 acre hilltop venue was created with love and thoughtfulness to provide numerous amenities to make your special day memorable. Multiple staging options will allow you opportunities which will make your event unique. Our bride and groom’s rooms have ample space with full bath facilities, a beautiful staircase for a grand entrance, lush landscaping, large covered patio areas, and plenty of room for your guests. With over 6,000 sq ft of climate controlled space and 3,500 sq ft of covered patio area, Red Door Ranch can accommodate up to 300 guests. We are committed to only one event per day, so that you and your guests will be able to relax and enjoy.

We found Red Door Ranch last year in their early stages of getting built. We has a meeting with Tracy and walked into the venue, a lot of work still had to be done. But we quickly fell in love with the place. Tracy and her husband are some amazing people. Easy to communicate with and very hands on. Thank you Red Door Ranch for helping us with the wedding of our dreams

Please fill out the form on our website, text or call 817.504.8501, or message us on Facebook or Instagram and we would be happy to book a tour with you. Tours take about 30 minutes, but we schedule extra time because many clients are ready to sign contracts to secure their chosen date.

We require a completed contract and initial payment of $1,000 upfront that is part of your total package price.

We let you choose from the following: payment in full on day of contract signing, 3 payments, 4 payments, or monthly payments. All payments must be complete by 90 days prior to your event.

Yes, but our preferred payment methods are Zelle, personal check or cash.

I have a list of preferred vendors who are people we have interviewed or have known many years. After your contract is signed, we will give you their contact information. You don’t have to use them; however, any other vendors would have to be approved by us.

It will depend on guest count, amount of preparation needed, and experience in catering/hosting large gatherings.

We provide white to-the-floor linens. We do require full overlays. If you would rather have to-the-floor linens without overlays, you would need to provide your own.

You must hire a TABC licensed bartender to serve alcohol. We have a preferred vendor for bartending who will either purchase alcohol or you may purchase the alcohol and bring it for them to serve. If you choose to use your own bartender, please plan who is responsible for purchasing and bringing the alcohol and know that only the bartender may serve the alcohol. You must also hire a Security Officer for every 100 guests when alcohol is being served. All security must be contracted through Johnson County Sheriff’s Department.
