Located in the heart of Richardson Heights, Communion Neighborhood Cooperative was originally built as an auto service center toward the end of the midcentury. With a nod to its originally intended purpose, the building was completely restructured with industrial-chic design sensibilities, retaining much of its original charm. Chief among these are the four fully-functional glass bay doors that bathe the interior in natural light and provide opportunity for a cool open-door atmosphere.
