With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserve, the estate includes two newly renovated, historic homes, a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset. Every element has been thoughtfully restored— retaining the perfect amount of charm combined with present-day luxury. We rent the entire estate for four nights, from Thursday to Monday and can comfortably sleep 26 guests. Our family lives on one of the few farmlands within the borders of York, Maine. Our passion for preserving the endless open fields surrounded by two-hundred-year-old trees and generations of wildlife has encouraged us to share and celebrate with you. In addition, we have proudly continued to preserve history by restoring a barn from the 1700s that we discovered in Barnstead, New Hampshire, and brought to the coast of Maine. Our mission is to share all this beauty with you on your special occasion. Among the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, we would like to provide a taste of country elegance for your everlasting memories.

We're a 300 acre sustainable, family-run New England farm - in agricultural production for over 200 years. Farm weddings don't get more authentic than Timber Hill Farm; featuring a one-of-a-kind, farm-built timber frame barn, breathtaking views and food grown in our fields. We host farm-to-table barn events in a hillside niche at the top of our most remote fields, overlooking gorgeous views of the White Mountains, Lake Winnipesaukee and Mount Washington! Our wedding team will help guide you through the planning process, put the final details in place and be on-site to coordinate the big day!
