The business is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and specializes in making your special event filled with delightful memories from the beginning to end, without delays. Asia Ketur Intimate Events® structure is setup to ensure satisfaction through the client’s personal event planner who tracks every aspect of your event. Host your next event at the fabulous Stevens School Ballroom. This space is unique in that it is completed with Italian Renaissance, beaux-arts and Greek Classical architectural types by the well-known architect C. Emlen Urban in 1905. The building itself was originally an all-girls school, causing great controversy for its exquisiteness and updated technologies. This space is available for wedding ceremonies or receptions, corporate events, and many more.

Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues. Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.
