Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

We debated whether or not we would hire a day of coordinator and Xtraordinary Coordinations turned out to be the most important vendor of our special day! In the lead up to our day, Ariel met with us several times (including a venue walkthrough) and is so personable and charismatic, the meetings that could have been really stressful were actually really fun! My husband and I hired All Set Events to DJ and day of coordinate our wedding. As a person who can be a *little* anxious, I knew I would have a much nicer day if I hired someone to help. I instantly loved Eden and knew she would be the perfect person for the job. She did a great job at making the day go exactly as I hoped and dreamed it would. As far as the DJ, I still have friends telling me how much fun the wedding was. Our dance floor was filled all night! Sky did a great job at playing the music we wanted to hear and keeping the party going. He also did the music for our ceremony and between him and Eden working together everything was timed perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and I’m so thankful to All Set Events for being a part of it!

I happened upon Callie on instagram in the early stages of wedding planning hoping to find someone that could help me narrow things down so I could actually begin the planning process.
