From our first tour of the venue in August 2023, to our wedding weekend, Marianne, Amber, Lindsey, and their team were friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and kind. Their communication and close work with our wedding planner made us confident that everything would go off without a hitch. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was! Saxon Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was very easy; they were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude. The venue itself is so pretty, with beautiful gardens and architecture that made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos. It was definitely worth the money to host our reception there. The staff at Saxon Manor went above and beyond for us on our special day - they were attentive to every detail, from the setup and decor to making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Saxon Manor to any couple planning their wedding! Even the food was a huge hit.

This was the best find out of all the wedding process. Cindy and her venue were amazing. Super kind, fantastic service and worked really hard to make our dreams come too. We were on a really tight budget but monarch Meadows is stunning and affordable. Alot is included in the price. Even if I had all the budget in the world for our wedding, I would still have chosen this venue. Thank you Cindy for everything!

When I heard about the Colonial at Sunset and its location, I assumed it was going to be another barn venue. Nothing wrong with barn venues, it just wasn’t our vision for our day. The entire property was our backyard wedding dream and the owners made our experience better than we could have imagined. Britt and her husband went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived to start getting ready for the day, her husband was out front pressure washing the outdoor area where we chose to have our ceremony. I am so grateful for their hearts and the details they payed attention to so we didn’t have to worry about it or even think about it. We opted for the all inclusive package which made our experience with planning that much easier. I recall one meeting asking if I was missing anything or if there was anything more I needed to do because it all felt too easy and she assured me that with her help, that’s how it was supposed to feel. Leading up to the day of the wedding we knew we wanted our focus to be on each other and God and walking into the day we knew we could confidently do that because of Britt and the way she serves others on their special day with excellence. We could not have asked for a better venue. Their all inclusive package cannot be beat. They provide decor, day of coordinator, planner, caterer, desserts, DJ & more. The grounds are beautiful. The location is perfect, so close to everything which made planning our rehearsal & lodging so easy. The staff is incredible. From the young men who opened the barn doors for my entrance, the planner, Theresa, to our Coordinator Hector, we could not have asked for more. Owners Henry and Kristen Arce decided to expand their property and business in 2021, by buying an additional 15 acres of land adjacent to their plant nursery. Their vision was to build a barn as an event center to bring people together for weddings and other special events. We have many other usable event spaces including ceremony locations, a covered patio for cocktail hour, Bridal Suite and The Lounge. Included in all of our venue rentals are a sweetheart table, classic 8 ft. farmhouse tables and matching bench seating. We have an assortment of additional tables for guest book, seating chart, gifts, cake and desserts upon request.

SSR is creative and artistic in their decor, giving me fresh details at every wedding. When looking for a wedding venue, me and my now wife wanted a location that would be a fun and unique experience, and ZooTampa more than delivered. From the first meeting with their event staff, they were able to walk us around the venue and paint a picture of all the possible ways ZooTampa can host a wedding. We were very impressed with all of the amenities provided by the venue. The outdoor and indoor areas ZooTampa offered were perfect for the ceremony and reception. One of the highlights was the cocktail hour, which was located next to the Giraffe habitat. Our guests were delighted to see one of the Zoo's Giraffe's out during this part of the wedding. The food that was provided by the Zoo catering team was fantastic. We had Ribeye, Chicken parmesan, and Mushroom ravioli on our menu and the staff was able to accommodate to any dietary requests. Lastly, the ZooTampa staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day.

This place was amazing! They offer everything you need for an amazing price point. I didn’t have to worry about anything and everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and kind. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing!! Had so many compliments from my guests on how great the food was. DJ Lyndsay was the best!! I had a very last minute change to my father-daughter dance and she was able to make it happen for us without an issue. The Tampa Museum of Art was our top venue choice for our February wedding. We wanted something that offered an indoor/outdoor experience, was elegant, and that we could customize to fit our exact vision. Our guests were blown away by the venue from the moment they arrived at the cocktail hour in the atrium to dinner and dancing under the covered outdoor area. The architecture of the museum plus the backdrop of downtown Tampa made for beautiful pictures. The TMA staff were so wonderful to work with and made our vision come to life. Wish we could do it 100x again!

Hotel Alba hosted my wedding reception on 10/10/20 and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and has a very unique design and feel. It was a great taste of Tampa for our friends and family who were visiting from out of town. Even better than the hotel itself were the office and event staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the GM to the bartenders, were helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about the event manager, Kristina. I hired a day-of coordinator from an outside company and had a very bad experience, but Kristina went above an beyond to handle everything we needed. Kristina helped us manage reception items (gifts, party favors, signage, etc.), coordinated with vendors, and even handled some last minute meal changes we had from some of our guests. Finally, the food and food service were excellent. A few months before the wedding, the event staff coordinated a tasting with the chef for my husband and I. Chef prepared a delicious tasting and helped us make our final food and wine choices. At the reception, we received endless compliments from our guests on the filet and mahi mahi. If I was to start over right now and plan another wedding, I would go right back to Hotel Alba.

From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!

My sister and I held our parents’ joint 80th birthday party this past October 2024 at Lithia Acres. We had about 70 guests, some who came from all over the world. This venue is absolutely breathtaking with its rustic charm and beautiful trees surrounding the property. There are so many things you will LOVE about holding an event here. Once you view the property and confirm your event date, the staff has an awesome online portal to keep you stress-free and organized with any vendors you hire; to answer daily questions you may have all the way down to how you want the tables and chairs organized. In addition, they give you the freedom to design your own party by either doing your own personal decorations or hiring a party planner. There is an amazing outside area for cocktail tables and even games for the kids along with a cozy firepit. The raves we received for the simple beauty of this venue were endless. Our vendors hired were top notch and would hire them again in a heartbeat- Adam Harris with Cater Tampa. He served steak, shrimp, veggies, salad and my personal favorite, a mashed potato bar. He also created beautiful charcuterie table. The cake was from Moreno Bakery. Our DJ was with Events Done Right. Our lovely bartender was with Hook Line and Drinker. Did I have a single issue with this party? NONE! Everything went perfectly, just as planned. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how incredible nice and helpful EVERYONE at Lithia Acres was from the first day we met through end of my parents’ party. I give my highest recommendations to Lithia Acres as a perfect and unique venue for any special occasion!
