The West Events in Madeira Beach offers an industrial-chic ambiance just steps from the Gulf Coast's stunning beaches. Featuring exposed brick walls and polished concrete floors, the venue includes the versatile Blue Ribbon Room, The West Bar and Terrace, and The West Wing, each providing distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. Praised for its seamless blend of modern amenities and stylish design, the venue's dedicated event staff and customizable packages ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

The Blue Ribbon Room
Honoring the building’s origin as The Blue Ribbon Laundry, our main room welcomes guests with an open floor plan that is ready for anything from elaborate staging to subtle decor. While paying homage to the industrial roots of the building, the main room itself, however, still elicits clean, comfortable elegance.

The West Bar and Terrace
Included with The Blue Ribbon Room Rental or as a Stand-Alone Rental. An indoor/outdoor space perfect for mingling and cocktails or for small-group gatherings, The West Bar and Terrace is also available as a stand-alone rental. Surrounded by a lush bamboo privacy wall, the terrace welcomes guests to step outside, relish the ocean air, and replenish their beverage of choice from our outdoor bar service.

The West Wing offers the same industrial-chic, open-floor plan option as our Blue Ribbon Room but on a smaller scale for up to 75 guests. Just as versatile as our larger space, this room offers a wide range of possibilities for hosting private dinners, parties, pop-up galleries and markets, nonprofit events, seminars, or even break-out sessions during meetings. With access to our adjacent veranda, The West Wing brings the outside in to enhance the use of this more intimate space.

Event Planner
A true hidden gem! It is perfectly located for those who want to have a beach ceremony and indoor reception. The indoor spaces offer true versatility to make any vision come to life. The three different areas allow seamless movement for guests for any type of event. The modern rustic vibes allow every client to have an empty slate to make it their own. Always a stress-free experience working with this venue from start to finish.
My go-to space for events!
I absolutely love this venue! The modern yet chic style of the venue immediately drew me in from the first time I visited. I have been to many venues in our area and this one is definitely completely original! ...and then to be just steps away from the beach?! Perfection. The owners are kind, caring, wonderful individuals who I have had the pleasure of working with on several occasions . They truly pour themselves into each and every event. It's always a great experience and I cannot recommend this venue enough!
