Rylee was an incredible support and guide throughout a beast of a wedding planning process. After our first consultation meeting, I was struck by not only her professionalism and friendly demeanor, but also by how organized and resourceful she was. She put all my fears at ease, from the very first meeting all the way until the grand exit on the night of. My husband and I were probably one of the more challenging couples she has worked with -- not only were we planning from several states away exclusively via Zoom and phone calls, both he and I had extremely busy schedules meaning meetings were sometimes at odd hours and some details were left to last-minute. She stayed extraordinarily patient and kind with us the whole way through, and we found her extremely capable and reassuring. We hit a few snags the day of but she effortlessly handled everything, taking so much stress off our shoulders. Our goal for our wedding was to be as stress-free as possible and incorporate some cultural touches and traditions, and we could not have done it without her. We highly recommend her to any couple -- while we worked with her just for day-of coordination, I can't recommend her enough for all services. She helped turn our vision into a reality, and I will never be able to thank her and her team enough for all their hard work!

We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.

As an event planner myself, I had high standards and strong opinions and my husband and I unequivocally say that hiring Janova was the best decision we made during our wedding planning! On the wedding day everything felt incredibly smooth and it was so nice knowing that if anything came up she would take care of it so we could just enjoy our day. We would recommend them 1000%!!

Two examples were when a groomsman forgot his bow tie, one of the planning assistants used her black hair bow to serve as his bow tie, and the other was when the windy evening compromised the hedge wall which another assistant held down during speeches while they waited for more sand bags. My best friend is getting married and I will be recommending EABD to her!

Lauren was instrumental in solidifying our timeline and ironing out all the details. She kept everyone in line at the rehearsal and ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch, all while being incredibly friendly and fun. On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding, beautiful decor setup, a structured and organized coordinator, and a supportive friend along the way, you should absolutely hire her. 10/10!

In February of 2024 (and the year leading up to), I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Bustle and Bloom for my wedding, and I can't recommend her services enough! I’ve literally told all of my friends getting married that she’s the one to hire FIRST. Initially, I hired Rebecca as a wedding coordinator for day-of, but she graciously took on the role of a mini planner when I needed more help. Her patience and grace in dealing with unpleasant guests/vendors were truly commendable and appreciated as the bride and I didn’t have to handle much on the wedding day. Rebecca managed everything seamlessly and truly seemed like my best friend for the day, ready to assist with anything I needed or any issues that arose. My now husband still talks about her all the time… she brought him a snack tray during photos and instantly became his BFF too. We loved our day with B&B by our side. I also hired her for our floral needs. Rebecca's floral design was stunning and perfectly complemented our desired overall aesthetic. We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. We decided to hire Allie in hopes she can salvage the very little we had planned for what we initially thought was going to be a small wedding, but turning out to be much larger than we expected. Although we barely gave Allie anything to work with, she managed to tame and organize the chaos that were thrown in by the many hands of the in-laws, vendors, last minute head count changes etc. She also has great recommendations for any of the important vendors that we were missing. She sent us a detailed program prior to our big day and seeing it gave us such a huge relief. The wedding turned out amazing and Allie was on top of each and every program the entire day!
