    I was supposed to have my wedding here in September of 2024. I will no longer be having my wedding here due to the lack of transparency and communication from this company. Initially when I signed my contract, I was able to see the chairs and the set up and things like that for my event which i liked and decided to go with this venue. All of sudden on May 30th 2024, I found out through social media that they made "upgrades and changes" to the venue without notifying me despite me being a paying client. They never sent out an email or anything like that to see if I would like these permanent changes to the venue since I paid for the original decor months prior. I found this out through social media when they posted these changes on Instagram and immediately called them. I really tried to work with them and all the rep said was no these changes are permanent and there is nothing they can do. (I am skimming through a lot of details because I don't want this review to be a novel lol but if you are a bride looking into this place and want more info feel free to email me at morales.carolina0318@gmail.com and I will give you details with evidence to back everything up. I have more pics then just the ones of the chair price.) Aside from them telling me that over the phone I decided to go in that same day and see the changes in person in hopes that they were not that bad but they were worse when I saw them in front of my face. I was in tears, shaking, and felt completely blindsided because anything I suggested to fix the issues they would just dismiss me and tell me no. Overall the manager reached out to me but she didn't give me any real solutions to any of the issues I mentioned time and time again. One of the "solutions" that she offered was to give me two throne chairs at a value of 1600. I never ever wanted the chairs since the begging so I don't know why she would think this would solve the issues I had with the tables, the large mirrored canopy, etc. Which by the way the Charis are worth 325.00 which I can insert a picture of what they are worth based on the packet they gave me when I initially inquired. They legit lied about the value of chairs which i think shows how money hungry they are. If they really cared about their clients they would try to make one of the most important days of your life special and TO THE CLIENTS EXPECTATIONS but instead they act like they are not human and don't try to work with you and give bs solutions to make it look like they want to help. And the best part is they are refusing to refund us the money we have invested despite or dissatisfaction and frustrations. I do not recommended this venue for weddings, at least. Its really unfortunate becauyse every bride is different and instead of understanding that they said it IN WRITING through an email as well to our face that my fiancé' and I were the only clients to not like these upgrades. Yet there is a google review about another client complaining about the upgrades specifically for the tables. Instead of truly helping they just dismissed.
