Alannah helped coordinate our dream mountain wedding last summer (07/2023) at Devil's Thumb Ranch in Colorado. We ended up having a full weekend of events outside of just the wedding ceremony/reception and Alannah's attention to detail, professionalism, and follow through made each of those events possible. As a self-proclaimed "Type A Bride", I had lots of ideas and opinions on how I wanted everything planned and Alannah made sure everything turned out exactly as I had hoped! The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

She was always exactly where I needed her on the wedding day, checking in, making sure we were fed, re-bustling my dress moments before our first dance. My husband and I are still surprised by just how much we loved every moment of our wedding, which was in large part thanks to Stacy.

Theresa was absolutely amazing! She coordinated and decorated our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The decorations were better than we could have envisioned and our timeline was smooth sailing. I have catered weddings and almost every wedding had some hitch but ours did not. Theresa was prepared for every second but was also flexible as needed. She made the day stress free and was a comfort in the process. Her communication, professionalism, warmth, and preparedness was over a five star! You do not realize how much goes into planning a wedding until you start planning one and without Theresa many things would have been missed, things as simple as what drinks will you be drinking out of to important things like who is cutting your cake after the feeding of the cake. We never had to worry about missing something or forgetting something because Theresa was knowledgeable about the order and process of wedding planning. If you ask she will tell you how things are done traditionally but she is open to make any changes and will help you figure out what works best for you. I could not recommend her more! I wish we had all of our wedding photos back to give more examples of the beautiful decorating she does!

As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. We booked her about 4 months before our wedding and she stepped in when we had questions and needed a last-minute adjustment. She replied quickly to texts and always returned calls. She created our day of timeline and handled the whole day with professionalism and enthusiasm. She did a great job with rehearsal and keeping my family on track. On the day, she caught what would have been a few "whoops" moments and kept them from happening (me forgetting my bouquet for the ceremony, etc.).
