Venue Decor evolved out of a love for all things vintage. We joyfully create designs by breathing new life into something once forgotten. We specialize in bringing breathtaking moments with vintage dishware and decor. Our curated inventory enables us to create an atmosphere that will most definitely catch the eye of guests. We utilize our vintage finds to design and execute styles that are never the same—always out of the box. Being entrusted to bring a client’s vision to life and far exceeding that vision is not only a goal, but a passion. We truly love bringing beauty to any type of event.

Our attention to detail is a key factor that sets us apart. Being entrusted to bring someone’s vision to life on their special day is not something we take lightly. Our goal is to not merely bring their vision to life, but to exceed their expectations by create something absolutely breathtaking.

    If you are on the fence about having Theresa help plan or decorate for your wedding, don't be! From the very beginning, she was incredible to work with. When my mom found her booth and shared the sample tablescape with me, they had a wonderful conversation that led to my mom recommending Theresa to me for both decor and planning. Our very first phone conversation was so exciting, Theresa really knows how to bring a vision to life from the very first inklings of an idea. Because we were planning from out of state, our communication was mostly via email, texting, and phone calls—Theresa was consistently responsive and available to discuss anything that came to mind through all available channels of communication. She listened and incorporated ideas from both bride and groom, so we both felt equally included and heard during the planning process. We were able to meet a few times in person prior to the wedding as well, which was lovely. She was also very on top of her schedule, mine, and the vendors' so that nothing fell through the cracks or was ignored. When our officiant details had to be completely changed, Theresa not only reached out to more than one county clerk's office to find a solution, she also pulled from her connections to find us a notary who could perform the legal marriage on short notice—and as a surprise to our entire families! As a day-of coordinator, she was imperative to things running smoothly. She was able to pivot with a surprise thunderstorm, ensure everyone was dry and safe, and make sure that we were not stressed about anything the entire day. Even though her (impressive) timeline was altered greatly due to things beyond our control, she handled it all with grace and a smile. Our guests were none the wiser ;) The decor itself was impeccable. I had the hope of mismatched china plates and vintage pieces and she absolutely brought that to life. Seeing everything set out on the tables when I arrived at the venue was so dreamy—please go through her instagram and you'll see what I'm talking about! I also felt much better about the impact of our wedding knowing that we had lovingly sourced and reused dishes and decorations from her collection. Overall, I would choose Theresa to work with again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her work to other couples who are looking for someone to guide them to the wedding of their dreams.

    Theresa was absolutely amazing! She coordinated and decorated our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The decorations were better than we could have envisioned and our timeline was smooth sailing. I have catered weddings and almost every wedding had some hitch but ours did not. Theresa was prepared for every second but was also flexible as needed. She made the day stress free and was a comfort in the process. Her communication, professionalism, warmth, and preparedness was over a five star! You do not realize how much goes into planning a wedding until you start planning one and without Theresa many things would have been missed, things as simple as what drinks will you be drinking out of to important things like who is cutting your cake after the feeding of the cake. We never had to worry about missing something or forgetting something because Theresa was knowledgeable about the order and process of wedding planning. If you ask she will tell you how things are done traditionally but she is open to make any changes and will help you figure out what works best for you. I could not recommend her more! I wish we had all of our wedding photos back to give more examples of the beautiful decorating she does!

    If you want your event to shine, have memorable decor and tablescapes, you need Theresa on your wedding day team! Every time I work with her, she creates something magical. Highly recommend her for your wedding day and event decor needs.
